Million dollar plus income means atleast 8 Cr income which means 4.8Cr post taxes(40% tax). giving you 40 Lakh per month.2.5 Lakh is like 5% of his income. Also, if you can buy high end car in one month salary and still buying brezza, you are living frugal.
Hi Akshat, very well planned, definitely many takeways. Also, the idea of eating outside twice a week and then organic at home doesn't fit well with me! And am not sure why many switching to home schooling, any particular reason behind that? I think for most of us the best days were the school days, school friends, everything at school, Why would we not want our child to go out there and explore, make friends, GROW with them, why are we taking away thay from them? I respect your idea but wanted to understand the pros and cons from your perspective. Thank you once again for being so open!
Akshay, Excellent video! Youngsters of today are lucky to have someone like you to give them priceless advice on financial planning. God bless. Take care.
What I would like to know is how did you jumped from 10k per month to probably 10 lakh per month. Beyond that point, it just additional numbers which one can add by increasing productivity, new skills.
Great efforts to make yourself more valuable by acquiring new skills, productivity hacks,self- discipline , curious to learn new things...... Akshat make video on ur jrny from 10k to now
Hardwork, talent and consistency. Even if one starts low, with these traits, one will start earning exponentially high very soon. There is no magic. I am actually wondering why he accepted 10K salary in the first place 😆
214300 Rs monthly expense wow that's a high amount for monthly expenses. And here I get worried when my expenses goes 18K In a month . Well very few people are there who are earning that much income like akshat
My expenses are near about 2 lakhs. But yes income is not as akshat. If u have a family with 2 kids. Education, home expense, taking tours once or 2 in a year. This 2 lakhs is not huge. Believe me I see so many people earning 1.5 lakh and spending 2 lakh per month. Specially this generation.
Appreciate the transparency. However, 2+ lac per month for a person who’s known for being very frugal - makes me a bit worried about how expensive our country is becoming. Did anybody else get this thought?
Akshat I really want to be like you when I turn mid age. Even before I found your channel there was this image of me to get financially free at a certain age. So when I found your channel it instantly clicked. Your suggestions have helped me plan my financial journey. Still miles to go but thanks man.
In one of the video you said you are saving around 90 percent of your income . If we think your business expense wont exceed 1 lakh then total expense is 3.15 which is 10 percent of your income so 31lakhs per month is what you make ...
Thanks so much for sharing your expenses. You are generous in making all of our life's better. Would definitely hope to meet you in the restaurant albeit i am based out of Bangalore
The best investment strategy I ever implemented was buying index funds every time I got paid despite what was going on in the stock market. People get too caught up in the day to day market movements. Better to just buy & ride out the market waves.
Akshat saves 70% of his total income which means he spends 30%. We know by this video that he spends 2L / month. Hence this 2L becomes the 30% of his total income. 2L/30% = 2L/0.3 = 6.7L which he might be making per month.
I am earning 25k per month and saving 100% wfh, invested around 5 lac at start of my career 🙂🤩 sitting on lump sum to invest ✨ would be living minimalistic for next 7-8 yrs. 👍👍 Would make enough money to build assets✨ wish me luck 🤩

Electricity is cheap in Goa compared to Mumbai and Delhi, I stay in a 1 BHK in Mapusa town of North goa, my monthly avg electricity bill is 500-600 rs , considering I use a 1 ton AC, a Geyser and a Induction stovetop for cooking. Yes, Public transport is a big issue in Goa, but overall it's cheaper cost of living here compared to metros Moving to Goa is highly recommended
Hello Mr. Akshat I regularly watch your videos on stocks and investment ideas and I have a liking to your videos. I run a small fmcg distribution business myself which is a high turnover but low margin business. I have to say I'm not so much impressed by this particular video. See you are saying you are paying a rent of 65 to 70k/month for a villa in Goa. A person who is so meticulous about recording how much is spent on his son's diapers will spend 70k on a rented house. I watched the video again to see if you are paying an EMI of 70k but no it was rent. It doesn't make so much sense to me, also you say in some other video of yours that you prefer going in a scooter rather than a car to save money...i think a person who is capable of paying 70k per month on a house rent dont have to go out in a scooter to save some money. Btw im no one to judge your personal expenditures and habits, but since you have posted this video to the public as an advice on finance. Maybe be you can explain more about this.
Its besides the point to tell how much my earning is........but still i will put a MILLION $ plus income on video description.........click baits are indeed necessary!
CAUTION - Akshat, I feel you are posting a lot of personal content here, putting your family in kidnappers / criminals redar 1. You have money (it's evident through your videos) 2. You live in a villa in a gated community in south Goa 3. You mentioned the places where you eat regularly 4. You mentioned your kids name and have shown him on camera 5. It becomes a little tedious to handle finances with home loan on head and giving very limited time to family … Looking forward for your response!!
Despite any logic, please dont buy a maruti car! Dont prioritize safety over mileage. Today's maruti cars are absolutely unsafe and waste of money. Rather buy tata/mahindra.
Akshat, I am a Goan from South Goa but living in Mumbai. I must say that the standard of living is higher in Goa than in Mumbai. Here in Mumbai transport is well regulated....but yes..you get better food in Goa especially fish. Also during an emergency, it's difficult to find good doctors in Goa.
What? Goa standard is high or low?? Goa is a village life. So, the cost of living is low. But, it's not easy to get things at your table in goa..it's tough to even get to a local market. There are power , electricity issues every now and then. No internet and mobile networks sucks...so, there are lots of difficulties Good Hospitals are far off. So, the life is tough in goa. The service is not there. You have to literally beg people to get your work done. Customer is at the mercy of others here. So in that perspective, goa is lagging behind. Mumbai and other metro cities are 10 to 20 years faster and ahead of goa.
Are you living in Naigaon to say Goa is better than Mumbai? 🙄 I'm also from Goa but Mumbai is 20 times ahead of Goa, even in terms of standard of living.
Akshat, great vedio mate. Your advice not only applies to people who lives in India, but people like me who lives in Sydney for many years. Thank you mate
Hi Akshat, my son told me to watch your videos, and honestly they are very interesting and I enjoyed them. Thnx for providing useful advice! God bless you.
These people are suggesting don't put money in big bungalows but themselves living lavish life. We have one life to live so enjoy your life within the limit of your financial power.
Hi Akshay Sir happy to know that you are staying in Goa.. we have a showroom of furnishings in Margao Goa called LIVING CONCEPTS . Sir Do visit for your needs. We will be glad to serve you.
Maybe the house he is living currently in is not cheap and buying that kind of house would be very costly because of down payment.. so i guess according to his calculations opportunity cost is more profitable
