Everywhere I looked this boat was perfect. For the purpose that it has been designed for it smashes it out of the park this Frauscher. You feel like a king.
What a beauty! Great tour and trial. Makes me think of the Audi R8 10 cylinder supercar, too. I know I'll be shot down, but i still think it could do with a funky lil T Top, similar batman style, for just a bit of sun protection... 👍
What a beautiful boat. Of all your boat reviews this one is my favorite. Any chance Frauscher will make a model configured with multiple outboards? Thanks for the great videos Dan.
@@BoatLife_DansBoatLife Thanks so much. I love the boat but would like to cruise at a higher speed and have the option to go 60 or even 70 mph if that's possible.
Why Dan, Why! What's wrong with reviewing a Quintrex 400 'Dart' (Actually love the name..... 'Hey Mate.... Don't happen to have a spare Dart?') TBH. Thoroughly enjoy your reviews.... I've recently exited out of a BlackWatch Express..... Looking for more of a day boat (additional seating, lounging, BBQ separate zones etc.) You've helped broaden my search parameters, I thank you, my wife doesn't (wouldn't be too concerned, no one likes her! haha)
Haha I reckon I could make a great review of the Dart! Appreciate that Michael. I've sold a few Black Watch boats over the years and they are awesome. With the new air stepped hull designs now in the market you have many new choices to consider that will give you the same offshore capability and better to be honest. We just need to take some of these Euro designs with air stepped hulls and make it a bit more Aussie to appeal to all the fisho's with families.
I admkt it, Imwas ome of those people that sent you a message to check on you. Was wondered if you got the Vid or but by one of a thousand venomous thungs there in Australia. You never heard of Sleipner though? For real? I didn't think they were that unknown, but now I do. Good to know.
Thanks Cliff! I was just flat out travelling and filming so was offline for a fortnight! Busy schedule ahead! Yep never heard of Sleipner and now seen them on heaps of boats over here!
@@alessandrobacci2186 Vertical bows are fine. Simialr to sailing yachts and multihulls in some ways. As long as the skipper knows how to drive a boat and doesn't power it into the back of a wave these bow designs are totally fine and very comfortable to drive. Obviously it's hard to test in big waves in the Med but i've done it in Australia on motor boats with this bow design in ocean swells of 6M+ surfing down waves at 22kts in neutral and I was totally fine and didn't get wet.
That is my dream boat. The most beautiful, and practical boat I’ve ever seen.
The most underrated boat channel 🤘🏽
Thanks!!
Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a boat that size move so effortlessly through the water 😎

That's a pretty epic manhood of a boat Dan! As ever you bring us the best boat tests out there with excellent drone footage!
Appreciate that! Honestly the Frauscher guys are doing some amazing things over here!
Unique and Sleek. Dan the Man, back out in the world feeding us vicarious pleasures.
Wait --- you're saying DAN is Unique and Sleek? That's what SHE said.
Beautiful looking boat
Dan, performance looks like it was pretty much excellent. I could see somebody using that as a tender for a super or mega yacht. ❤

So they have actually made a cool t-top for this which I saw in Mallorca this April. Not a bad idea at all for some countries

Wow.. I didn't ask that but imagine that! This would be one of the coolest boats on the water if they did. I'll ask them.

Would have been nice to see the cabin
Thats a separate video
it is good that you can keep the hat on while riding this thing :D haha
Well to tell the truth I did actually lose it once and had to go back for it! When i tightened the strap it was all good after then 👍
Superglue. They even have it in 'Stria.

Does the windscreen have distortions or is it as clear as a car windscreen?
Yes on the Demon the windscreen has distortions but on the 1017GT it doesn't
Superb !!!
Wow
Family owned businesses are nearly always superior. Private equity/shareholders destroy everything.
How do you not lose your hat in these test!! 🧢😃
I did actually! And then we zoomed around to go back and get it haha
Wow, a really slow boat for 2 million lol keep it.
Flat water only boat!
I would happily drive her through chop. But to be fair this is the style you would only use on a beautiful day.

Another boat for the wealthy. Nice, but impractical for a northern European. Us folk need shelter!
More cold weather climate designs coming soon!
I’m interested in this kind of boat it’s beautiful!!!!!!❤🚤🚤🚤🚤
