The best boat in the crew 2 full stop, so freaking fast topping all boards in this thing
Thank you Hugo for the nice walk-around! If somebody has some specific questions for us we will check back here in the next few days to hopefully answer them all!
The pleasure was all mine
It's just a stunning design throughout! I'm usually not a fan of high proformance, day boats, but this is so much higher in every category that I find myself dreaming of owning one.
What a magnificent beast. Can quite understand why you're so taken with her, Hugo. Absolutely stunning!
It. Not her
@@dtutssel Her. Not it...Old English texts also had more evidence of grammatical gender, like referring to a shield as “she.” In Latin, “ship” means “navis,” which is a feminine word. So, making boats female and calling them “she” is an ancient custom of giving genders to inanimate objects. eh?
@@dtutssel Boats and ships are often referred as her
Wow the owner and builders must be proud of this masterpiece, absolutely amazing boat, cheers Hugo 👍❤️🇬🇧.
Thought you might enjoy this one!
@@hugoandreae3785 it's a good one 😁👍
Thank you! The owner saw her first on the boat show as well and is super happy. He just got the boat delivered on Mallorca and is already using her every day!
@@frauscherboats excellent 👍❤️🇬🇧
Beautiful boat, so stylish. 10/10.
That is a piece of art. Gorgeous.
That has to be the best looking performance boat on the planet bar none.
Awesome. From some angles it looks like a wale flying across the surface of the water.
Absolutely gorgeous.
A nice 70 knots superboat.. Just change the speakers and it looks awesome again. Clean looking boat... ^_^
The speakers are cheap looking on such a nice boat. Should have flush mesh grills that are paint matched to the hull or whatever area they are installed.
That is Daytona Grey Pearl Effect. Although some parts looks like Kemora Grey Metallic. But that dark Grey is Daytona Grey and is on all of their sport cars as the dark Grey option. I don't imagine someone with a million dollar boat driving an A7, which would be Manhattan Gray, but you never know.
The color is indeed Daytona Grey Pearl Effect.
Very cool boat to look around.
I wonder if the owner has noticed the strainer in the wet bar sink is stainless, not matt black?! That would drive me crazy if it was my boat 😂
Haha that's true. Good eye! Unfortunately we couldn't powder coat the strut and we couldn't find a suitable supplier for a black one.
Beautiful boat!
A pure object of desire . Stunning ! . The only minuscule hint of "naffness" were the speakers but otherwise near perfection !!
I'm in total agreement.
We have no issue in using different speakers if that keeps you from buying the boat! Feel free to contact us! ;-) (They sound insane though!)
Ha, called the Dark Side, and when you unfolded the aft table it looked like a star fighter.
Fantastic video. Congratulations for not falling in. Cheers
It was a bit touch and go at times but thankfully the sea conditions were pretty good inside the boat show halls!
It seems a great yacht.
even though this is bonkers and has everything im still happy sticking to my cheap and cheerfull sea ray. imagine forgetting to trim up and scraping your outdrives on the boat ram.... or going to shallow and hitting the sandbank on a 1.3 million dollar mini yacht..
This boat is sick
love it hugo 👌 defnetly lamborginy plus needs rails added before it hits the water ❤
i love it as it is sitting on display on the stands indoors. i imagine it as looking less artistic on the water.
Outstanding!
Add some invisible guard rails on the foredeck, and it's perfect! Lovely!
We would love to add invisible guard rails but nobody seems to be able to supply them... ;-)
Do owners take themselves far out to sea before winding up the volume on those speakers, or do they believe everyone shares their taste in music? Lovely boat, apart from several missing windows.
Ok Hugo, when will you be showing us your sea trial vid with the twin Mercs running at 70 knots?
As soon as they’ll let me!
@@hugoandreae3785 I'm looking forward to that! lmao
@@hugoandreae3785 You know where to find us! :-)
@@frauscherboats Palma Boat Show sea trial?
@@MotorBoatYachting Definitely! The 1414 Demon will be there. Just with the Diesels though..
A beautiful thing but it's a full time job keeping it that way.
Love it
Awesome
Nice 📸📸📸📸 sir thank you love 💕💕💕💕💕 from Pakistan
Perfect für den Bodensee
I've always wondered if these dark/black hull boats ever get unbearably hot in the sun
They do get hot! Some clients just prefer the trade-off for the looks though!
Certainly different!
You’re never going to try and find a secluded little bay for a quiet lunch with you as the only one in the anchorage are you? Your are going to have to “display” and be the “peacock”.
This is a boat for the “me, me, me” generation.
Great review Hugo, but please don’t pull the trigger on this one. You deserve better 👍🏻👍🏻🤓
Oh god no….. the owner’s got a Black Edition Audi. The cars that in a stroke removed chrome from cars and stainless from boats and brought about numerous “Explorer” range boats. I shake my head in despair.
Stunning boat, but the foredeck would be a bit dodgy when moving, ie, no rails. perhaps the should fit some that drop down into the hull for high speed motoring, then bring them up for light cruising.
Very nice boat, not a fan of exposed strip lighting, it soon gets annoying, but awesome layout, perfect live aboard actually.
To spend some much attention to detail on the styling, but then fit it with RGB speakers that look like they belong in a 90s Civic... weird choice.
looks stunning.. but will get hot in the sun..
wow..im not into making love to boats, but i think i can make an exception lol
Spectacular!
Just needs some kind of cover over it for inclement weather.
It’s beautiful ah the guy has style ah
What a great fishing boat.Ha Ha.
We actually built one with fishing rod holders per the owners request..
I could totally live on this thing, fish on the sides, router, maybe some solar power, dream
I think the colour is named "Nardò Gray", it's one of the most beautiful colours in the Audi lineup
EDIT: The correct answer is below by Frausher themselves
The color is called Daytona Grey Pearl effect by Audi.
@@frauscherboats thank you!
I approve
Bling bling is King
the colour looks like the one from my car, called "daytona-grey" i think
Hardtop or convertible top available?
We offer a carbon fibre T-Top as an option. No hard top though.
Where is the anchor?⚓
It's hidden in the bow compartment and flips out to the front.
I wonder how far she can go without refueling
With the Diesels you can go nearly 400 miles at cruising speed (26 knots).
Unfortunately, they forgot to black powder coat the fridge handle!
Great video as usual and the boat looks superb but for the life of me why would you have the he small engines doesn't make any sense to me the owner obviously has money the boat is 1.3 million plus all the extras which run in at 10s of thousands on this model
Actually most clients go for the Diesel engines. Nobody likes to spend thousands extra on fuel and maintenance each year when most of the time you puddle around with 20 to 30 knots anyway. Also they are quieter to operate and are faster to plane. The surface drives of the big petrols actually have worse acceleration up to around 25 knots.
great comment the lambo of the sea....4sure , stunning but 1m$ plus w/o bow seating........geez
We actually build a center console version of this model called the 1414 Demon Air - Check it out!
70 knot version for me
I could actually live on that boat all year around and for the rest of my life given I'ld have plenty of cash to pay for the fuel and travelling from continents to continents ..
💯
Nice boat, too small though. No space for a grand piano.
🤣
For me it’s all form and not much re function-no windows in cabin, and no grab rails to help stability when walking on the decks.
Yes the colour is grey
⚓💯⚓
All that attention to detail and they just cut holes and screwed in speakers. I would have at least recessed them behind custom covers
We always have this discussion with our designers and internally... Some like the exposed and backlighted speakers and some don't. These boats are usually quite customized to the owners liking so we can change details like this. The good thing about the screwed in variant is that it's easier to maintain and replace the speakers. If you fit them behind custom grills it's always a nightmare to clean and replace them if needed.
@@frauscherboats thanks for the response. Beautiful boats keep up the great work.
Interesting and fun. Certainly not the cheapest. Better bang for your buck elsewhere.
It's like how much more black could it be? And the answer is none......none more black.
People who play crew 2 know 😅
came here from tc2 haha
Daytona grey
Nice boat but in my opinion not at all useful at all.
Why do you say so?
very nice, but not for me lol
No tax.... Please 😅😅😅
Big boy toy
Fantastic design until you raise the tender garage. It’s at that point that you realise that they house a horse on a treadmill from the original American steamboat designs back in the mid eighteenth century. 1.5+million and they spend it on design and fittings?🤣🧐😂
Maybe it’s name should have been dark ages, with a nice dress though.🫣🥲
A Marmite boat I guess. I can see why those who like the dark look would think it is magnificent, but for me, it's an awful looking thing. The boat itself is fantastic.
Zero appeal for me. Looks nicely built but just a bit too showy. The speakers are yuk.
“I won’t open this” or do that . Why not !? You weren’t in a rush . Seems you’re getting lazy in your tours!
Coolest?
Yes, stunning, but the entire line-up has no hull windows to let light into the cabin. Unacceptable at that price, same as the F-Line 33. Beauty isn't everything.
A small sacrifice given that you will be spending very little time below deck. You aren't buying this to be inside reading a book.
Eh, I disagree. The 1212 offers almost the same space for entertaining, you get the Demon to sleep on it. Nobody likes rooms without windows (or only skylights), especially not people dropping well over a million on a boat.
Even better
Not sure hull windows are a good idea in a boat that’s capable of 70 knots. The forces are pretty extreme at that speed.
It has portholes but not on the sides (Skylight windows)
If I had the money i would buy the beauty, and live in it as well as enjoy the power and speed.
I'm guessing the owner has an Audi R8..... 🤔
He actually doesn't!
@@frauscherboats Okay. What does he have, actually..?
@@smithbrownjones He visited us with a Mercedes-AMG CLA 45. Quite down to earth compared to other owners I have to say.. ;-)
@@frauscherboats Nice. 👍🏻 Thanks.
No need for side portholes in most european powerboats. 😄
And no head too close to the galley.
American powerboats is all about power and how much outboard engines one can put on it, and only the smalest of galley and the head besides it.
No luxury or fancy galley there
only a sunroof and places for fishing rods. 😁😂
This looks like a midlife crisis boat for a wealthy fella. For myself, I need more overhead cover and less sunshine.
Odd looking and purely impractical… so much wasted deck space and safety oversights in trade for the whacky design. Beware that when you change the old proven designs for the new’… that you replace them with something of value. This is the Studebaker of boats.
Funny I find the design unique but extremely ugly and not user-friendly. Just me I guess.Imagine the mess from that grill!
