- My newest complete paintball setup. A year back, I did this exact same video but with my older setup, a Geo 3.5, GI Sportz LVL and 68/4500. Now I've got the Planet Eclipse CS2, Spire III, and Ninja 77 SL2.
This was mainly the setup I used all of 2018.

If you put some 3M double sided tape in between the carbon barrel and the gopro session mount, it will provide a little bit of foamy protection for the carbon. The carbon wont so much crack with that as it will scratch
I love my SL2 it was worth every penny I sold all my normal tanks & replaced them with all SL2s
I have almost the same set up as you Brad. My ashes4 cs2 just came in on Friday, and I also use a spire III as well as a 88/4500 first strike hero tank. Used the cs2 in a big game at lone wolf paintball this passed weekend and I absolutely love this gun. It is now my go to gun, and has made my dsr a back up, which is also an amazing gun, especially for under $1,000. Love your videos Brad, keep up the good work man.

My first HPA tank was a 114ci/3000psi with aluminum mounting rings that went around the whole tank. It was a beast! 1997.
I've noticed in a lot of videos that the Spire lids always seem to pop off when dudes are making a slide. Seems like they need to improve that.
I've mounted barrel cams on carbon fiber barrels before and had no issues with it
I have downsized to an all black Etha 2, spire IR with speed feed, and Ninja Cerakote 68/4500. Similar just cheaper lol
That's exactly what I was thinking. I like the longer tank tho and there isnt another cheeper version in that mat black

I have the etha 2 hde spire and ultralight 68/4500 tank with infamous barrel. That being said I could not understand how to justify the cs2 please give me a case for why I should spend the extra 1000
Do you still prefer the DSR over the 160r??
When owning your CS2 did you have any problems with your ninja tank and the asa on the gun. Every time I screw in my tank I can’t lock the asa completely back to normal. I’m not sure why this is happening

I have the same exact setup... I removed the leaf spring behind the trigger ... Do you think it was a bad idea ..... I really like how the trigger feels without it
Fire setup Brad! Got a Spire III this season and love it so far. Marker is my next upgrade. Looking at DSR or LV1 next season (I think... in the $1000 range). I have the original Ninja SL 68/45 and its great. Only thing I would change would be to mayyyyybe go to a 77 cause of length but id have to hold one on a gun and try it out.

Brad you've got no worries clamping a GoPro to a carbon fiber barrel, Tensile strength for that weave of carbon fiber is 70% greater than the 6061 aluminum of that Dye Ultralite you have. *If anything you should be more worried about the clamp on the Dye Ultralight than you should the Planet Eclipse FL barrel.*

Dude why does the spire hooper on the channel look so small. How does your rig shoot ?
What pressure is your regulator?
My gun has an operating pressure of 135 psi and my tank with no shims is at 450psi… will that pressure ruin my gun? And should I get a pro v2 slp reg instead?

Innerfish Thoomp something better then a blitz 3, save your money and get a better gun, like a mini gs
im on a TIGHT budget im planning on getting that later im just starting speedball but ima get that and a grill mask after this thanks for responding:)

Before I got into speedball seriously I always wore an old pair of Yamaha dirt bike pants. They work, a little heavy, but padded and protective as hell
You probably won't read this bc this is an old video, but for the carbon shaft I use the GoPro mount on it with electrical tape wrapped around the barrel under the mount.

Fizzy Cosine I had one for a while but I got sick of the bad accuracy and constant curving balls so I upgraded to a empire mini gs

#PBQT is it worth it to buy a used gun? I currently own a Blitz 3 with a Valken Vmax + and want to upgrade to something like a mini or a maxxed Rize, with a rotor, but I don’t want to buy setup new for 300+ dollars.
How many shims did you take out of the pro v2 regulator I just ordered a 170r and wondering if I should take all the shims out

The new hk army camera mount works amazing on carbon fiber. No slipping issues at all, even with aggressive diving.

@@PaintballRuinedMyLife was there a reason? Ive been told my etha2 (after having dufort at extreme paintball fix my trigger) is just like other's cs2 so im kinda happy he/you did. 3d bodies for emek. Make it so u have anything qnd shape u want.
I didn't use it all that much and would have rather had the money. The Etha 2 is awesome, I have used the Emek the last 4 times I played.

How do you aim on this gun
Use the tank as a stock and tilt the hopper behind your bunker. Look down the barrel, point at your target and shoot

Albert V the Ion is still a good marker for less than $100,however maintenance is a beast. You have to disassemble it almost completely just to lube the bolt. I think there are better options out under $100

Tobias Bründler Na. No barrel is really better than another when it comes to aftermarket. Paint quality is going to give you, your best accuracy
paint can be inconsistent in size. so can barrels the dye barrels are very consistent means a 0.684 is actually always a 0.684.
Tobias Bründler not true. I've seen UL barrels that was labeled 684 and was really a 686 and seen a 689 that was actually a 691. All companies can let something like that slip through.
not once seen that and never heard of that tested all my barrels and by far the most constant is the ul system.
