I believe if you had closed in under the staircase, you could have moved the laundry area under there. And had a second bathroom. And upstairs could also be two bedrooms for children

Screen in the porch/deck. Use darker stone for the fireplace and columns outside-too much contrast. Put a mantel above the fireplace. And it would be interesting to try getting any furniture up to the loft, especially with a window right there!
I'd also extend the entire house approximately 5 plus feet where the bedrooms are to make for enough space for a second bathroom with a shower and larger bedrooms. THIS IS MY FINAL pick! Love it.

Another house for housing only a few people but entertaining a lot of guests very often - I still don't know who does so much hosting, wealthy grandparents, maybe? The main visionary of a creative community of writers and musicians? But anyway, wow, the place is absolutely gorgeous!
I live this home’s exterior and outdoor living space. The open concept living is perfect for our needs but even this has some wasted open space. If you moved the whole floor plan forward 2-3 ‘ this would give more space for a 2nd bath and a laundry area whose dryer could be vented exteriorly instead of upward on the current plan. Bedroom sizes are fine downstairs. The loft is gorgeous but it too needs a half bath minimally.
How about garages too in your plans? 2 car with lawn equipment and tool storage space please

Astounded to say 20 or 21 one. We generally have built and moved and are looking to retire in our forever homes (beach summers, primary in the Rockies). Rockies home would be 3 bed, beach 2. We have an adult son who is vaccine damaged and will live with us until we can’t be homeowners, and then a sibling. We are currently in a beach community having moved here from
the Rockies which we regret leaving now. We will size way down I. 2 homes with our next steps, assuming the economy and political situation improves. If not, we will get acreage in the mountains and live off grid. We all enjoy the outdoors.
Love the look of the outside of the home, but a few design changes would need to be made on inside, first the kitchen is way to small and don't like the lay out at all not to mention no upper cabinet but the two and no walkin pantry! The master is also way too small! Since the video never showed the master bath, but from the top aerial, you could tell it only had a tub and no separate shower! I prefer a split bedroom plan with the masters placement in the back of the home for more privacy. Our home has the master in the front, which was a big mistake in our build due to the fact that anyone pulling up can see directly into your bedroom. We, too, have large windows, which we love to leave the blinds open for the spectacular views of our heavily wooded 14-acres but not so nice when someone drives up. Also, as an aging couple with lots of health issues, a two story is out of the question! All that wasted upper space would be better served on a lower level! Also, a larger laundry room that could house a large chest freezer as well. Now, for the beautiful living area with all those windows is outstanding, bringing in the views of nature, that was well done! The beautiful porch and a half providing plenty of outdoor entertaining is perfect! Lastly, love the metal roof! Even though some of its features were not to my liking, it is still a lovely house plan for someone else taste!
Needs another 1.5 bathrooms and more kitchen cabinets

Its a beautiful home. I wouldn't want all those windows in the front; lets in a lot of heat and cold. I'd probably make those windows a bit smaller.

What the size ?
No place for a TV in the living room. Microwave?
Lots of curb appeal here, with a vaguely Craftsman appearance. The video should have had us arrive through the true entry, where there is a bench for removing footwear and a place to hang coats. Thank you for not sticking a TV over the fireplace! The kitchen is adequate, though the under-stairs space could have been used for a pantry closet. To have just one bathroom for a house this size is unacceptable! I expected to see a master suite with bath upstairs and was disappointed. As an alternative, I would forego the large laundry room for at least a half bath and just a laundry closet.
