I much prefer a seperate instrument for each midi channel as you can tune that instrument and effects or replace it with another instrument very easily. With multiple instruments on one channel then things get really complicated or impossible when working directly within the keyboard sequencer. Although, using Cubase this is not really much of a challenge.

    Hey
How can you put four cameras up at the same time?
What camera and mic are you using

Tell me, and then how to disable the player button on the panel, this is a child's question, but I can't, I don't know how to turn it off.

Hey there, can you maybe tell me the time in the video where the button is shown? I am not sure which button you are referring to. Do you want to switch the button off or remove it from the display?

Can you share how to create an empty registration template showing 'song empty' ?

Hey Wiljan, I started by switching on the Geno's and saving the default registration. Then I went to the song editor for MIDI and just saved the empty song as name Empty. Then the same for audio song and multipad and style. Then selected all empty entities in the registration and saved that. Makes sense?

Hello Will...I am so grateful to have found you. My question is...I have a Yamaha SX900 and I'm hoping there's not much differences here between the Genos and SX900. But I'm wanting to create a Trap Rap Beat and I already know how to do that...but, in Trap Rap Beats...some of the instrument percussions are very fast to the point its almost impossible to replicate such fast snares as fast.
Example would be...the snares in drums are called "STUDDER"....or in Tripletts. The closest way I could make such fast sounds is to slow down the tempo but even that's either not slow enough or it sounds off. I was told I needed a DAW in a PC to achieve such fast tones. I'm hoping I don't need such.
Another way I thought I could make such fast tones is if there was a key to press and the sound would repeat fast as long as it's being pressed. Anyway, any ideas would be helpful...ThankS !

Hey Martin, this is Olly not Will 😉 honestly I have completely given up to make songs on the Genos by now. I am now using Studio One on the computer, you can find free versions of that or any DAW out there which makes it very easy to draw triplets for hihats etc. There is even an MPC Beats software for free if you want to stay closer to a hardware workflow but honestly it is a bit convoluted in the user interface...
