Like Eddie said, change diet. I would first start by researching into how vitamins and minerals efffect the body and how to determine which vitamins and minerals you are deficient in and then look into which foods contain the vitamins and minerals your body needs. Also, consult with a gp and maybe try intermittent fasting, the body has 2 states-rest and digest when the body is at rest(doesn’t always mean sleep) it can repair the damaged cells as the zombie cells feed off glucose and when you eat it keeps them alive. Fasting will repair the body through autophagy there’s also numerous benefits ketosis being one of them where the body uses fat instead of glucose. Hope this helps I would still get in touch with gp and continue to do research although it may not cure you completely it will definitely reduce symptoms and improve quality of life🤜
Find out what your body reacts to, google different diets etc, he tried a lot, even keto at one point, he cuts out any processed foods and keeps it clean, organic and full of micronutrients

See a professional licensed doctor, or specialist, and a nutritionist whove been board approved and don't listen to random people in the internet or doctors who are a doctor in a whole other field than what they yammer on about. Too many people online spreading false information or skewed info and over simplifying/overfomplicating serious health conditions. Some things truly are genetic, poorly functioning parts of our body that can not be cured by diet and some cannot be cured at all so far. Some illness truly can only be managed and you need to see a doctor who's spent 10+ years studying and seeing patients about that thing

I get that some people find Eddie abrasive, as you absolutely would if he is destroying things you enjoy, but how can you argue with his intentions?
All he is really advocating for is a diet that is species appropriate. Animal products with a small amount of carbs. This is likely what we wouldve eaten through hundreds of thousands of years.
