We live in a world where so many say the young have to learn from there own mistakes, however a wise, experienced, loving ,kind ,empathetic, guardian, mentor ,friend or parent, does not wish to see the young make the same mistakes expecting a different outcome,if we gave some credit to our elders especially the ones that have done the ground work walked the walk talked the talk, you will be far better of most times but yes sometimes it’s a harder road but that in itself is what makes you great you will never regret staying natural and eating real food your whole life you can thank people like Eddie when you in you 70s still able to live a strong life ..!

You talked about how to grow in your career as a podcast host. You’ve done an amazing job with questions and listening. The advice I could give you is look back at your podcasts and see what you could do better. Like better active listening. So you seem, and feel more engaged with the guest. You can bring your experience into some parts to spark up more conversations too; just don’t make yourself the center of the show. You’re doing great and reach out to more people for more podcasts and recognition.

WOW! WHAT AN AWESOME INTERVIEW! I'M GLAD I FOUND EDDIE. CHRIS JONES MENTIONED EDDIE'S NAME ON HIS VIDEO. HE WAS KIND OF IN A DISAGREEMENT WITH HIS EATING STYLE & ADVICE. I AGREED WITH EDDIE. WE MUST TAKE CARE OF OUT GUT HEALTH. OUR FEET & HANDS WILL LET US KNOW SOMETHING IS GOING WRONG IN THE GUT. THE LOWER EXTREMITIES ARE OUR WARNING SIGNS. PAIN WILL START IN THE FINGERS, HANDS OR/ AND FEET. THE WARNING FROM THOSE EXTREMITIES IS TO PROTECT THE HEART. THEREFORE, LET'S BE CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT WE PUT IN OUR GUT.

I am a celiac, self diagnosed, I meet people everyday that are suffering the same skin conditions and gut problems that I had, I tell them they are probably celiac, but when they go to the doctors they are given creams and told they have allergies, they come back to the barbers and tell me I was wrong, I know that I'm correct, also meet loads of people with severe skin conditions the first thing I ask is do you consume energy drinks or consume alot of sugar, the answer is always yes, but when they go to the doctors they are given creams and meds, told they have allergies, they is a massive problem the the advice the medical industry is giving out, from now on I'm just going to recommend they follow your channel and hope they can be converted to real food, you are a much needed voice because these illnesses are getting out of control amongst the youth.

Great interview Frankie, found you via Eddie. I’ve been following him for 3 months or so, and his info is 💯. The clarity of the mind has to be the best side effect of his advice 😂😂. My take on his info is this, follow his advise, give your body what it really needs to function as it was designed and made to do, in return your body will do what it does naturally, and thrive. The gut is being studied more that ever before, and new information is now available to prove what Eddie is saying. I think you should invite Tim Spector who is the founder of Zoe, he will back up what Eddie had said with Science. Keep keep on Frankie, I will be watching and listening from now on. Thank you.

common sense eat as close to natural foods as possible. why bother with crappy shakes. if you get enough protien from foods which is usually easy if you weigh under 200 pounds. you can choos chicken, fish, red meat, greek yoghurt, nuts. most people are so focused and obsessed on proteins they forget about the healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. everything combined with a good training session and good sleep and lifestyle = results. not supplements. i used to focus so much on supplemets and got minimal results, since eating more real foods and focusing on foods thats when my gains started coming

Eddie reply was because if you reduce the window it is hard to get the calories in lol. He even used the word again around 1 hour 3 mins and 30 seconds. To say he hates the word, he uses it himself through this interview
