Interior wasn't done at the time of this interview. There's a vid of the interior out now from a later show. I'll tag it in case you are interested. ruclips.net/video/HwAfHg6_d9s/видео.htmlsi=ZVSUYci6FbkLp8Ul
That rear bumper short design, with integrated rear skids. Shows their understanding of rig use, I always see these huge rigs with rear bumpers that are like 16in off the ground. Matt you and the guys just changes the game. Again!!!
I have been following Matt and the TruckHouse crew since day 1. Since the only thing we had was a computer rendering. It is wild to see how far they've come. I talk about them all the time as leaders at the forefront of their market. Also, side note - I have never seen Matt this joyful and excited even in your last two interviews with him. Can't wait to see the interior.
These guys really committed to making the highest quality usable product with actual longevity they could. The way the camper attaches to the frame alone is amazing.
Dam im impressed! I love it when builders really have a brain & use it in design. This gets what my taco & 1 k lb camper get ., 15 mpg ... I just love all the great thoughts that went into a he design to make it as perfect as possible.
Clodd, Anytime I see a video longer than six minutes, I set my telephone to '1.25x playback'. A twenty minute video gets '1.5x playback'... or faster. . After a couple-three minutes of this walk-round, I watched this at 'normal'... ... the first time. . I waited an hour for it to sink-in, then watched it again. . As you know, we built our ExpeditionVehicle in 2003. Over two decades full-time live-aboard. Something like this TRUCKHOUSE could be a step 'UP' for us for our next rig. And that is my highest compliment.
Both super great energy guys!... and Matt you really are an inspiration for pushing the bar. For years I have rated Earthroamer as the gold standard, but I think Truckhouse could be taking that top spot.
Very nicely done guys, looks great! Looks 4 season ready for icefishing in Northern Minnesota. Not sure if you can handle the -40 degrees F temperatures at night, we run small generator to keep block and batteries warm at night, along as feeding the fish house.
I've been studying live in camper design for years and this is by far the best designed one I've seen. Can't wait for the interior reveal! Questions: are the hatches waterproof? is there a place for an integrated ladder up to the roof? and is that roof load bearing? I didn't see any integrated camera housings, what do they have for rear visibility? Anyways, A+ find, amazing work.
It’s interesting to watch all the competition. Some are simple some are complex. Really cool to watch the progression even if it is out of my price range.
I LOVE the use of a single cab for the short wheel base, much better than a double cab in my eyes, since I wouldn't need the back seats on a regular basis... hopefully they can put rear seatbelts in the back for use in a pinch.
Huge improvement going from the underpowered Tacoma to a real truck. 🤘🏻 Looks great now … Ram, Chevy/GMC, or Ford should be your platforms if you’re based in the USA 🇺🇸.
An amazing rig but it’s not affordable for 95% of the people 🤷🏼♂️. If I win the lottery that’s probably the exact rig I’d get. Nice short wheelbase, not a long rear overhang. Well built on a Cummins.
Glad to see someone really taking the time to think about off-road ability. Great job Truckhouse!
Great craftsmanship and attention to detail. AWESOME!!!
Simple looking, clean design, just perfect! And a 2 door short wheelbase. Love it!!
When I dreamed of an insane camper, it was kinda like this but they went even further. Wow!!!!
haha right? some things I've never thought about!
24 minutes of outside, 40 seconds of interior?!? WTF?!?!

Thanks for saving my time.
I love how stoked you guys are for each other and about every detail. More power to both of you!
thank you I appreciate hearing that! We had a lot of fun with this one for sure!

This is literally one of the sickest builds I have ever seen. Man alive
No links, only thing I can find on RUclips was a single 2yr old video from TruckHouse. How best should we seek this bad boy out? It's spectacular.
Just Google truckhouse.
A quick google easily brought up their website
Over a year and still no photos or videos of the interior. Major red flag.

Oh so nice! If just 5% of us went at things the way Matt does….what a world we’d have! Keep it up!
These guys really committed to making the highest quality usable product with actual longevity they could. The way the camper attaches to the frame alone is amazing.
Hands down the best designed offroad camper!
Dam im impressed! I love it when builders really have a brain & use it in design. This gets what my taco & 1 k lb camper get ., 15 mpg ... I just love all the great thoughts that went into a he design to make it as perfect as possible.
That was one AWESOME INTERVIEW !! 👍👍😎
thank you I appreciate it! It's always fun just chatting and flowing with Matt!
This is an insane rig! Can’t wait for the interior reveal.
I thought the title was just click bait. Boy was I wrong!! This thing is crazy.
Pricing?
Can't wait to see the interior!

I hit the 10 second FF button maybe 200 times.
What happened to the interior?
its not done quite yet! I cant wait to see it!!
Interior vid is out.

SO sick!!!I love the single cab smaller wheelbase rig and the AEV base is epic!
Both super great energy guys!... and Matt you really are an inspiration for pushing the bar. For years I have rated Earthroamer as the gold standard, but I think Truckhouse could be taking that top spot.
Very well made indeed. Love it!
This is next level, so many details no one would ever see. Super sick. Any idea of when the interior will be finished?
Unbelievable. Great video, and this cat is the man. Amazing God bless both of you
insanely good interview my guy. vibes are high!
thank you I really appreciate that my friend!
The new state of design.
Envy
You should tour that scout in the background. That setup looks insanely dope! Not a truckhouse, but has to be the next best thing!

Thats one awesome build for sure👍
That unit is baddass 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸
Well thought out and well executed!
It’s interesting to watch all the competition.
Some are simple some are complex.
Really cool to watch the progression even if it is out of my price range.
Amazing form and function.
I LOVE the use of a single cab for the short wheel base, much better than a double cab in my eyes, since I wouldn't need the back seats on a regular basis... hopefully they can put rear seatbelts in the back for use in a pinch.

Phil, I feel you will have a Truck House in your future.
he will need to hit the lottery first lol
that would be amazing!!
that is a new level of perfect
Unbelievable, next level work. Price?
Wow! This is impressive.
More impressive after seeing this 🙏
Very cool. Looks awesome. Nice job.
I’m gobsmacked. Is there any reason TH couldn’t build a Ford SD HO diesel version?
I need to win the lottery. Until then I gotta stick with the Pinto and a pup tent. 😢
brilliant build
Damn. Well done all the way around.
Now I understand why your selling the gladiator 😂😂😂😂
I'd need to sell 4 of my gladiators at asking price to buy this but I wish!! Hahaha
❤ love the whole rig. I’m sold.
Thanks for your
Badass rig!
that rig 🤯
Love it
Looks Kool!!!! Great innovations..🇺🇸🇺🇸🏁🏁🔧🛠️🔧Think im gonna stick with my Callen Camper Rig though😁😁🤙🤙🤙It Mobs .
Holy Sh.....t!!!!! Dude!!!!!!!
love it.
These guys are so smart, Boeing needs to hire them! 😅
Many decades ago, in my youth, I used to say, "I'm seeking perfection, but I don't ever want to get there because then what?"
I’d feel a lot more safe if this guy managed the engineering and quality for BOEing!
🤣🤣🤣
What can you do for a ramcharger 89.
What’s the two capacity? Love the build.
And at only $500k! When can I order one?!
Wonder if they sell many of them. Price is pretty stiff😮
What a beast, starting around $500,000. I guess I'm out.
More than my 2600sf house on five wooded acres. Hmmm, why so much mula?
Wow, its freakin cool. $475,000 cool? OK, I need to sit down.
I cringe at what the pricetag will be . So friggin sweet .
Nice truck, but I prefer the earth roamer!
The fuel mileage numbers on these are nuts!
Why no interior tour?
They did....for literally 30 seconds. Ridiculous
I thought that was a previous build
the interior for the ram isnt done yet, but they did post a little bit of what they'd had for the toyota they used to offer.
I wonder about the price point
TruckHouse seems like it be cross shopped with EarthRoamer
When is the inside video coming out?!?! 😳😬
I don't like Ram but I'm sold!
What is the weight of these beautiful cells ?
Great rig what's the cost? When I hear a lot of countless hours to this and that the other, not many people can afford this I'm guessing.
We didn’t get to see them inside. Bummer.
Can you opt for a 5500? Or just 3500?
Ok...ok...I'll go camping! 🤣
I’m glad a skipped forward to see if they were going to show inside. They dislike half baked videos.
Can you tell the total length of the vehicle?
What was the name of those new 40" tires?
BFGoodrich 40” HD-Terrain T/A KT, they're absolutely amazing!
Say, whaaaaaaaaat!!! 😯. 🤯
I am down to mob. Great video!
If you have to ask the price! You can’t afford it !! lol
This guy taking campers industry in to aircraft level, that is outstanding
Interior tour?
Should be able to sell more now that Earth Cruiser filed for bankruptcy.
And the projected price will be❓
What’s the gearing?
Cool, but starting at $475,000? Maybe two people who watch this video could afford to buy one.
Wish I could see the inside.
How much?
Check the prices out on these and there BCT model. Not for the average person just saying.
Wish u would have shown the inside
I’m impressed very nicely designed/ hope price is south of hundred grand
Have you priced an AEV truck ?
Adventure-ready BCRs start at $475,000 including the cost of the base Prospector XL Ram 3500 chassis.
I just Holy Shit myself. :)
That trucks awesome
How much is this beast of a truck?
at LEAST $400,000
An amazing rig but it’s not affordable for 95% of the people 🤷🏼♂️. If I win the lottery that’s probably the exact rig I’d get. Nice short wheelbase, not a long rear overhang. Well built on a Cummins.
Too bad @truckhouselife didn’t patent / copyright the name #truckhouse… cuz clearly he started first.
I like the truck but you didn't even show us what's inside. 07-15-24@12:37am
I like the size of it but would like it on a Ford chassis.
