The Leopard is a Joules Public House - Open Mic nights are held on the first and third Sunday of each month. The evenings are well supported by an un-intimidating and friendly audience who are there to appreciate and encourage local talent. Leopard Live is run in conjunction with 'This Is The Cat' local radio and hosted by Stevie P, presenter of the Late Selector. The 'Late Selector' goes out every Tuesday evening and is dedicated to Leopard Live following a show. All performances are recorded (unless artists express a wish not to do so) and artists benefit from the exposure of local radio air play. Leopard Live is run on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month and new artists are made to feel welcome. Clearly, the events are extremely popular with both performers and audience alike. Show kicks off at 7.30am - To avoid disappointment it is advised to be at the Leopard nice and early to get on the list, on the stage and ON THE RADIO !!
