Good information as usual Arthi Prem. One correction though: @13:50, the table you are showing is the current composite interest for next 6 months for the bonds bought on different periods. So if I have bought this bond on Sep 1998, then I get paid 13.18% as interest now for the period May 2022 to Oct 2022. It is not the interest that was paid in Sep 1998. What that means is, current composite interest that we get paid every 6 months changes depending on current inflation rate. If I buy the bond now, and if the 6 month inflation falls to say 1% (wishful thinking 😂) in 2023, then the interest I get paid will drop close to 2%. Bond rate chart is here: www.treasurydirect.gov/indiv/research/indepth/ibonds/ibondratechart.pdf
