"I was worried the peach would turn brown" ... Are you telling me that you're WINGING IT on all these recipes and just hoping it goes well?!?!?!?!?!!!!?!!
Pretty sure those are nectarines though? Peaches have fuzzy skin and are very much *squelchy.* Nectarines have smooth skin and are similar to apples in the way that they *cronch.*
I'm late and I'm not sure if anyone has done this yet, but I typed out written instructions for this recipe after I tried making these! It uses imperial measurements and is adjusted for using the smaller white peaches you find here in the US. Recipe below! Makes 7-8 cookies. Ingredients • 2 white peaches • A little less than 1/4 cup granulated sugar • A little over 3/4 cup water • 2.8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened well • A little over 1/2 cup powdered sugar • 1 egg • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tsp lemon juice • 1-1/2 tsp honey (or 1-3/4 tsp sugar) • 1-1/4 cups cake flour (or ap flour with 2-1/2 tbsp replaced with cornstarch and sifted together) • Red food coloring (and white if you have it) • Granulated sugar for coating • (Optional) mint leaves Instructions 1. Cut peaches into slices and remove pit. In a small saucepan, heat peaches over medium heat, then add the sugar and water and stir. Boil until sugar is dissolved, peaches are soft, and the syrup has turned pink, about 4-5 minutes. 2. Strain peach syrup into a container and let cool. Remove the skin from the peaches and blend them in a blender or food processor, making sure to leave some texture. Place the peach paste back into the saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring with a spatula until the paste has thickened. Remove from heat and let cool completely. 3. Preheat oven to 350°F. 4. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter with a whisk, then add the powdered sugar and beat until fully incorporated. Add the egg, vanilla, and lemon juice and whisk until there are no clumps and everything is fully incorporated. 5. Sift flour into the mixture and use a spatula to incorporate the flour, mixing and folding until a dough forms with no clumps or streaks of flour. 6. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Using a kitchen scale, measure out 20g clumps of dough and roll them into balls, making sure not to leave creases as they will crack when baking. Place the dough balls onto the baking sheet and press very lightly on them to smooth out the tops and create a flat side on the bottom of each cookie. 7. Turn the oven temperature down to 338°F and bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes until the bottoms are lightly brown (mine took 18 minutes). Take them out if the tops start to brown. Let cool. 8. Using the tip of a small knife, carve out a little hole in the center of a cookie and then gently carve the hole larger until you have carved out the center of the cookie, making sure you save the crumbles. Repeat with all the cookies. 9. Take the crumbles and mix them into the peach paste. Add the honey (or sugar) and stir well, making sure to break any large pieces of cookie. Place the filling into a piping bag or ziploc bag and snip a corner of the bag. Pipe filling into each cookie. 10. Take two cookie halves and press/twist them together, using your finger to wipe any excess that squeezes out from the seam. Repeat with all the halves. Let sit for a couple minutes. 11. Take the peach syrup and stir in 3-4 drops of red food coloring, more for a darker pink and less for a very light pink. I didn't have white food coloring, but using just red worked fine. 12. Take each cookie, and holding them by the crease, dip each side into the syrup for 1-2 seconds. 13. Pour granulated sugar into a shallow bowl or plate. One at a time, place each cookie into the sugar and cover them with an even layer of sugar. 14. (Optional) If you have mint, take leaves and press the stem end into the crease of your cookies. I found it took using a toothpick to press them in so they wouldn't fall out. 15. Enjoy, and give credit and thanks to Cooking Tree!!
@@urmom-qk6vt ahhh thank you! Realized I forgot the honey in the ingredients so I edited that in lmao. I might do this with other cooking tree recipes too if I have the time! I just want to make it easier for people to make these awesome, cute recipes
Oof I have to mute these videos most of the time because I cannot stand the slopping and squelching sounds when things are being stirred and whipped egg whites are being folded in. It grosses me out so much. And then in this one the person bit into and chewed one of the cookies right into the microphone! Absolutely not; I never want to hear someone chewing that loudly and clearly. I love the creations on this channel but I'm not down for the ASMR-like sound quality.

For people asking, *yes* they are peaches. White peaches, which are sweeter than the traditional yellow peaches. They also are a little firmer, and have a bit of a crunch.
Lovely recipe. Here in Romania we have peach dessert too, but the filling is with chocolate and biscuits inside instead of peach. Keep going 💪 your channel is amazing and really inspiring!!

Fruit in Japan is on another level when comparing it to fruits in other parts of the world. I am not sure how they do it, maybe by using superior controlled gardening techniques, but whatever it is, it makes them so sweet and the essence of the fruit is way more intense. I guess that is why they can get away with charging as much as 100.00 for a small package of fruits.
Asia,Europe and America have different species of peach, china/corea and Japan has white peach, if you are living in europe you can use Saturn peach, because they taste the same , or you can go to an Asian supermarket too.
Omg.. like how? How is this real? All your recipes look beautiful, delicious and perfect!! Like ALL!! Please give us tips.. it never turns out like yours!
I live in a southern country so the sound of that peach in the beginning made me cry! How come you have SUCH A HARD PEACHES?! 😱😱😱 Ours are so soft they just fall apart and the skin is peeling of by just a finger touch! Anyways your skills are just breathtaking and you make the most beautiful and (i am 999999% sure) delicious food in the whole universe, so just keep going! ❤❤❤
Yup actually it really depends but just imagine peach fragrance with apple like texture and of course if you find the right one, it’s way much sweeter than the soft ones
What even IS that fruit in the beginning?! I live in Sweden and peaches do not grow here but I can buy them (or I prefer nectarines, but still) at the grocery store... and they look/sound nothing like that ... ...monstrosity... sorry... in the video. Seriously? So weird.
I'm not a fan of peaches so I won't be making these but they are absolutely adorable. I love how the sugar added to the end makes them look all fuzzy like the actual peach.
Hi! If you live in America, you probably see and eat different peaches than a lot of the world. Yellow peaches are most common here, while in many Asian countries, they eat "white" peaches like this one. They tend to be firmer and have a milder taste than yellow peaches, and they're delicious!
grace brannen I’m not sure about this person, but as an someone who lives in America, I’ve personally commonly seen white (and yellow) peaches. We even have white nectarines.
No, I thought it was strange, too. It sounded like an apple when it was cut. All the peaches I've encountered until this point are kind of squishy when ripe. Looks tasty though.
I just finished making these! My cookies cracked a bit on top, but the syrup and sugar covered it up mostly. Mine were more orangey rather than pink, but still super cute and yummy!
Thanks so much for this video! My friend and I made the cookies, and they turned out great! They tasted delicious, and both of our families loved them!
these are soooo cute, I feel like baking these for the person im dating and then eating them during a picnic, were both sitting under a big tree during springtime with a straw hat and a flowey sundress.... its a vibe~
I made this recipe! This was very fun and they were really cute and tasty :) (Some tips! I adjusted it to be vegan with Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer and earth balance butter, and instead of the white/pink peach they use, I could only find yellow peach. When I boiled it with sugar and water, the syrup still turned a nice pink! But the sort of peach jam you make with it will be yellow. The cookies are a nice texture and subtle flavor. I would say that the shape you roll it in will stay when you bake it, so keep that in mind. With my batch, they weren't super crunchy on the outside or anything - I accidentally split and crushed a couple of them when I was cutting into the bottoms.)

ㅠㅠ 복숭아여서 옆에 장식 어피치인거 졸귀
I love how you made use of those cookie crumbs 💞 i find it really annoying when the tutorials just waste the uneven pieces of the food even if i understand it's for it to look good :c But there is literally no waste in this video and it still is more perfect than any cookie i've ever seen
Same!!! Wasting food is wrong!
속재료 비주얼 흡사 다진고기..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 완성 비주얼은 완전 러블리에요~~~
For people asking, *yes* they are peaches. White peaches, which are sweeter than the traditional yellow peaches. They also are a little firmer, and have a bit of a crunch.
A lovely result. Beautiful filming. Natural sounds of cooking. Thank you.
I knew it was gonna be peach themed XD so pretty!
Lovely recipe. Here in Romania we have peach dessert too, but the filling is with chocolate and biscuits inside instead of peach.
Keep going 💪 your channel is amazing and really inspiring!!
ええ!?超かわいい!!桃の時期もうすぐ終わっちゃうので作ってみたいです!
반죽떼서 동글동글 굴리는거... 내 마음도 같이 몽글몽글해지는 기분...
I genuinely want to thank you. You’ve improved my sleep schedule so much. And sleep makes me happy, so you’re indirectly making me a happier person. Also, your cooking looks almost perfect in every video! Very calming, great work! 💖🦋💖🦋
Our peaches are really different. The outside colour here is more plum, the inside is orange, way more juicy and soft
Fruit in Japan is on another level when comparing it to fruits in other parts of the world. I am not sure how they do it, maybe by using superior controlled gardening techniques, but whatever it is, it makes them so sweet and the essence of the fruit is way more intense. I guess that is why they can get away with charging as much as 100.00 for a small package of fruits.
its not a japanese channel..its korean
and there are two kinds of peaches hard ones and soft ones
Asia,Europe and America have different species of peach, china/corea and Japan has white peach, if you are living in europe you can use Saturn peach, because they taste the same , or you can go to an Asian supermarket too.
Soulless Raven well, if they’re genetically modified of course they will be better...
Strangeblog Woah, I didn’t know that. I live in America, but thanks for telling me 💖
Your videos are the most professional that I’ve ever seen I love this channel!
They look gorgeous & remind me of the peaches I used to grow in my garden, they look so realistic... thanks for sharing 💖🍑💖🍑💖

When it says force, did it mean flour?
@@elainasalerno5169 when does it say that? o:
@@Verusik97 in the description and in the subtitles
@@elainasalerno5169 i think so, it could've been mispelled
Thanks. I just saw that you had made them so I figured you must've figured it out. Did you use wheat flour or some other type of flour?
너무 사랑스러운 쿠키에요.

Очень красиво получилось, как приятно смотреть и слушать без музыки с "натуральным" звуком 😍👍

We had soft butt cakes
Now get ready for CrOMCH butt cakes-
Yess, they look delicious and they look like booty-butts...really cute !
This made me laugh so much wtf
They look mighty thicc👌
I like soft butts
ginger mace really cute?...
I swear every other country but america has the best looking and tasting fruit😔😌
I love your all recipes. It's very helpful for me. My grandsons are very happy to taste
Also in Italy we make peaches! But they are red outside because of alchermes, and inside there is cream. I really like your alternative version 😍
I live in a southern country so the sound of that peach in the beginning made me cry! How come you have SUCH A HARD PEACHES?! 😱😱😱
Ours are so soft they just fall apart and the skin is peeling of by just a finger touch!
Anyways your skills are just breathtaking and you make the most beautiful and (i am 999999% sure) delicious food in the whole universe, so just keep going! ❤❤❤
Amaliya Kuttikuzhanova We have various sorts of peaches here in Korea☺️We do also have the soft kinds but we also have those hard ones!!
@@unirulert1 Are the hard ones good?
Yup actually it really depends but just imagine peach fragrance with apple like texture and of course if you find the right one, it’s way much sweeter than the soft ones
@@unirulert1 thanks i think i have an idea of it now
What even IS that fruit in the beginning?! I live in Sweden and peaches do not grow here but I can buy them (or I prefer nectarines, but still) at the grocery store... and they look/sound nothing like that ... ...monstrosity... sorry... in the video.
Seriously?
So weird.
These cookies are art! They look stunning and pretty delicious 💖 such an amazing tutorial once again!
색이너무 이쁘다..!!♥
I'm not a fan of peaches so I won't be making these but they are absolutely adorable. I love how the sugar added to the end makes them look all fuzzy like the actual peach.
우와...........쿠킹영상에 처음 댓글 남겨봐요... 진짜 예술이네요...
This is an amazing recipe! May I know can it be stored in room temperature?
Am I the only one who is weirded out by that peach in the beginning?
Hi! If you live in America, you probably see and eat different peaches than a lot of the world. Yellow peaches are most common here, while in many Asian countries, they eat "white" peaches like this one. They tend to be firmer and have a milder taste than yellow peaches, and they're delicious!
@@gb8269
Yeah, I know. I looked up peach varieties after watching this video because I wanted to know why the peach looked like that.
grace brannen I’m not sure about this person, but as an someone who lives in America, I’ve personally commonly seen white (and yellow) peaches. We even have white nectarines.
grace brannen I just read another comment I guess this is just a New England thing.
No, I thought it was strange, too. It sounded like an apple when it was cut. All the peaches I've encountered until this point are kind of squishy when ripe.
Looks tasty though.
ASMR coming through pretty strong😍😍😍😍
I used the cookie recipe and it is delicious! I didn't have 🍑 but a had 🍊 so I just had to modify the filling a bit. 10/10 would recommend!
I just finished making these! My cookies cracked a bit on top, but the syrup and sugar covered it up mostly. Mine were more orangey rather than pink, but still super cute and yummy!
すごく綺麗ですね!
おいしそう😂
The little 'yeet' in the eng subs caught me off guard and made me lol, props to the translator.
TXERU when does it say that?

Doesn’t show on mine, for some reason. I’m just confused as to how a dough can be soft AND crispy???
The translation is adorable. 🍑
Thanks so much for this video! My friend and I made the cookies, and they turned out great! They tasted delicious, and both of our families loved them!
this was the most satisfying cooking video i've ever watched in my life! it's so relaxing and pretty ~ 🥺💗
Omg so nice telling others to be so careful and even being so kind as to mention using a fork instead of a knife if concerned!
these are soooo cute, I feel like baking these for the person im dating and then eating them during a picnic, were both sitting under a big tree during springtime with a straw hat and a flowey sundress.... its a vibe~
I made this recipe! This was very fun and they were really cute and tasty :)
(Some tips!
너무 예뻐용~ 정말 아이디어 좋으신것같아요!
The sugar looks like peach fuzz. So cute!
