Looks like a great solution for my 7D2, currently at Canon who is asking nearly $400 w/the claim they'll refund if it costs less. What specifically is the adhesive that you used to successfully reattach it? Thanks so much for this!

Yes. Everything works flawlessly. I highly recommend to do it by yourself. If you send it to Canon to do the repair will cost you $300usd ❤️❤️
It's working. I just fixed my 6D like that. It saved me from disassembly of camera what I really don't like to do. Thank you Mate!
