We went for our street food exploration in the evening, so as to escape the heat of the day. Guided by a local friend, Vimal, Able, and I started to walk in the food street of V V Puram. There were endless shops on both sides of the street. But the place was very crowded, and it was difficult to wade through.
We tried some new food varieties like Dhabeli, Potato Twister, and Paddu. Kodubale, a delicacy made from rice flour, was shaped like a bangle. It was entirely new to me. The basket chaat with its sweet and sour taste was delicious. To end the street food feast, we had delicious crispy jalebis and hot badam milk.
