  • A lot of my new students tell me they have wrists pain. There are 2 main reasons:
    1. You are dumping the weights on the bottom of the hands
    2. Your wrists are simply not strong enough😅
    Our bones and muscles need to have positive stress to stay strong.
    Build a routine to warm up and strengthen the wrists before doing any exercises involving hands.
