Thank you Jim that was informative .However after they complete the background check using the old data will they update you ....I check my history will it show up there like I got that letter in December it's end of February I no more info...
If they will reuse your biometrics, won't that make it cheaper also? I know the filing fee is $595, but if they will not take biometrics you should not have to pay for them to be taken.
Thanks Jim, I was confused seeing "card produced" without going in for biometrics. Quick question though, does that mean they would reuse the picture from ten years ago?
Can you do a video on the changes to immigration in the infrastructure bill? Specifically the supposed millions of "unused green card" that are going to be given to people waiting for family visas. I'd like to know exactly how that's going to effect my case or if it will
Thanks Jim. Quick question, what if biometric fees waved? I think it’s going to be same situation as they probably use the one they already have in file. Correct? Thank you.

Yes Dear, you still have to pay the full filing fee every time you submit a new application. If they chose not to call you for a biometrics appointment, they still keep the $85 fee.
@@Whichofthefavors Quick question for my friend please- Last week he performed a biometric for renewal his greencard, next month he will applied for citizenship, will he be summoned for biometric again or can the immigration reuse what he have already done?
@@etihemia101 Hello, he will still have to pay the $85 biometrics fee with his Citizenship application and USCIS may just reuse his fingerprints. But he will still have to pay the fee. Hope that helps.
