Although I'm not a collector of physical media, I have some physical media. I do plan to buy more. For me physical media is a convenience. I can see it anytime I want. I do still love going to the cinema, but, sometimes my Charlie and I just want to stay in and see a movie and invite friends over too :)
The theaters are a great experience but your right, physical media can be perfect for gathering a group friends together and having awesome titles already on the shelf to pick out. Both experiences definitely have lots of positives. When you have gotten physical media did you go to the store for it or just ordered online?

I like physical media for the picture quality and improved sound quality with Dolby Atmos. Plus you get extras or the director will explain why he or she did a movie a certain way. Dr Strange on Thursday did 36 million. Have fun watching Dr Strange 2 today.

I'd be sad if it does go to only streaming anytime soon. But if it does, I wish that there will be all the sony marvel movies on disney+. It doesn't really make sense why they don't just share like fox and disney does
Sony might make a deal with Disney to do that, I know Sony doesn’t have their own streaming platform so they are basically free agents to the highest bidder. Have you been watching anything on streaming lately you would recommend?

@@megamikethemovieman I'm a big fan of lego so that Hulu original show called Lego Masters is my favorite. Then shark tank is more of a reality show and I enjoy it like playing in the backround. And Penn and Teller Fool Us is free on The CW right now and I really like that one.
I am not watching too much tv, but when i do i have to subscribe to multiple Services to watch what i want. That is counterproductive money wise, so i just get them used on ebay most of the time and spend much less money that way

@@megamikethemovieman Horror or Action movie's are probably my faves but i get something from everything since i can get most of them for one or two bucks. I also started to collect Wrestling DVDs/Blurays since the WWE Network started to act up on me las Fall. It's really great, i started with collecting last year in April and got over 550 movies, around two or three Tv Shows and between 100-200 Wrestling CDs. I spend a lot on that stuff but the math tells me that i will get my money back in 7 Years at the latest because of all the savings that i make by not subscribing to any services (obviously with a few exceptions now and then). And it will take me around 12 years to watch every just once, so yeah, i think it's gonna be great if i will always have a workink Blu-ray player during that time.
@@leeeverett4067 Great points, especially if your watching everything you collect, your going to get that value from them in the long run as you mentioned. My favorite genres are superhero and horror movies but I collect a little of everything. And your getting some good deals, where do you shop for those?
