You never owned digital movies. This is not new.

this is why i have been collecting alot of physical games and anime i like to enjoy. i hope people would go for GOG since you have a sense of digital ownership with that product. like i say if buying isn't owning then piracy isn't stealing. physical media all the way at least i have it for the long run.

I lost all my digital movies after I no longer had cable, hundreds of dollars of films. I still have my VUDU stuff from codes with 4K and Blu-Ray

Great! A law was passed to make digital licensing more transparent. Hopefully this will increase sales of physical media.

I remember when this digital download buying nonsense began with videogames and I thought this is just a fad. But no there were even collector's editions with no games inside just a code!😱 And now we're seeing it in movies. When I buy a movie and it includes a digital download I give them to a young woman I know that's a horror fan and watches everything digital. She has nothing physical. I don't think I'm ever going to stream horror movies at the most watch some on you tube. Is this considered streaming? Anyway good topic neat rant and cool video Mike!👍

Vudu/fandango is the best place for movies. Lionsgate and Paramount aren't licensing their films to movies anywhere right now

What's going on with Universal's Classic Monsters? They all these titles on BD, but yet have only released 8 on 4K. Need to see more 4K volumes.

This helps to support the industry and signals to the studios that there is still a demand and interest in physical media so that they can continue to manufacture them and invest the money in restoring films that are not yet out. If not it could all end tomorrow, forever. Unfortunately the people buying $1 used DVDs from Goodwill are not supporting the industry.

I just got to watch Alien romulus ( OUTSTANDING ) Cast and Acting is top notch , Well written and directed. A owe to the first MOVIE for sure , Great movie.

I agree with you on "Dog Soldiers", I've only seen it the once (20 years ago ?) but I remember thinking it was absolute rubbish and have no desire to watch it again. I do like "The Fog" very much though, I love the way it starts, tells it's story and ends...it feels "complete" and has great atmosphere. I wasn't a fan of "They Live" myself (although I do really like some of it's themes and ideas). "Army of Darkness" (The Medieval Dead) I saw at the cinema when it originally came out, I thought it was reasonably good fun at the time but not so good that I wanted to own it or watch it again. I've not seen any of the others on your list.

4k movies are like Dvds..... there durability sucks scratch too easy ...at least Blurays have a better coating for harder to scratch

Noooo, not bubba hotep. I just like the whole premise of that movie that this is what happened to Elvis. I'm a huge fan of Bruce Campbell so it's fun to see him. He carries the movie..

Bubba Ho Tep SUCKS. What the hell is wrong with you all?? It is slow AF and boring. There are better Bruce Campbell movies than that.

Bubba ho tep is such a fun movie! I actually agree with you on the fog though.

If they were 10-15 dollars I would buy it
