Thank You so much beloved SiStar. Death is a tricky one since losing my baby girl, feelings are still so raw. Even though I know death doesn't exist, being in this hue-man body still makes it hard. This is beautiful. Flowing with death and dying is essential, as it's a part of the experience and process of life. Much love and gratitude. Happy Heart Healing Leo New Moon blessings to all You beautiful Souls.

Thank you Echo for this meaningful practice especially your words on this subject that we so often choose to ignore as if it will never happen. I loved this idea that our body our life is a gift that we give back to make space for other lives. Thank you 🙏🏼 ❤

I've been saving this video. It was posted a month after my Dad passed. I was afraid of the feelings that might arise through this practice, and wanted to do it when I felt ready. I really enjoyed this video and your words of wisdom. Death and dying is such an interesting topic and has been very present in my life for the past two years. Thank you for sharing this powerful practice around it!

That was so deep and moving....i love the acceptance...the inviting of detachment..breathing into discomfort to welcome the change. ✨️✨️🔥💚💚
