I’ve got a few videos in Humble. The Groves was my favorite up there. Balmoral is nice too. The rest are mostly small communities. Which community are you looking at?

How far from heb store and chic Fe la are there hiking trails for biking
15 minute ish. No hiking trails. There are sidewalks throughout the community and lakes with trails though.

Correct. And the community is like 3000 acres and stretches to the original Katy community. Lots of room to bike around

In terms of a specific house buildout, It’s all inventory so they typically have every layout between 30-60 days out before they offer it to the general public. In terms of how long they’ll be building out there I’m not sure.
