Great analysis Neze. My take on this is that as African its NOT part of us as i grew to see such people as Bob get married and bear children. All I want to say is that going forward, I hope that anyone seen spraying naira notes in parties, weddings and other events will be arrested and charged to court. We cannot apply different standards for different people. The arrest makes no sense when we have seen several people doing the exact same thing in the past and there are video evidence.

As a Cameroonian I’m also surprised this is happening in Nigeria. In my country he won’t need the law to stop him. People will take matters into their own hands.
