Most innovative and immediate preventive measures should be taken from the part of Government of KERALA to save the lives of human beings in the Forest access areas. If necessary, expert advice from Global sources must be sought in this manner. Try to find out how other major Countries in the World are managing the Wild life when their number increases and becomes a threat to humans and their resources including agriculture. If necessary our existing laws regarding protection of Wildlife should be ammented at the level of Central Government of INDIA. Export of live animals to other countries who want to maintain them may be considered. AUSTRALIA, US and in many African countries they bring down the number of wild animals by shooting them when the survival of human and ecosystem is threatened. So many other advanced methods to control the population of Wildlife is also now in practice. It is high time that the various Departments and Government Machinery of the State as well as the Central Government should raise to the occasion and put an end to brutal killing of poor people by these Wild animals.
The officials are taking immense risk by conducting the search operation. Tiger has the capacity to hide easily and launch attack being an apex predator.
