    Experience with Hero Vida
I purchased this bike 2 months back. And the problems started with next day it being dead. From that it was terrific days for me. Most of the days it was in service center and it come rectified after 2 months.
The company does not have a proper visible complaint escalation mechanism. It took weeks for me to get connected with few top people. I had told them that they should extend my warranty for 2 months as Lost 2 months in rectification. They are not willing to do it.
    Pros:-
    1. Superior driving experience compared to other bikes in the market.
    2. Easy charging with a portable battery.
    Cons: -
    a) The main issue is it has an auxiliary battery which is used to continuously keep the circuits on. If this battery goes down below 10.5V you will not be able to even unlock the bike. They have not provided a Manuel unlock. The bike is quite heavy and it may not be possible to move if it gets dead. The RSA will take 3 to 4 hours before reaching you. So you can surely stand on road.
    b) The So called cloud connectivity is most useless thing you can have Most times it will not connect. If by chance you take bike using the provided app you may end on the road.
    c) Though the local service team is very good the people above them are most careless and don’t bother about customer. The company has not provided even complaint email in the website.
    d) You cannot expect mileage if you drive in ride mode.
    e) No onscreen maps or tracking available (they will say it is available while purchase please checks yourself). The point to point tracking will not work.
    f) Though they have provided a beeper inside it will not work as turning indicator.
    g) The storage space water will enter. So they provide you a plastic cover!!!
    h) If you are standing in signal be careful as suddenly signal open the bike might be already off. Keep looking your dashboard please.

1.59 Lakh for an EV Scooter, looks way more expensive. ....it's better to go with 1.39 Lakh Yamaha Aerox....perfect all rounder......
