    Been doing zone 2 the last month and it was difficult the first couple weeks but it’s definitely seeing its worth for volume and feeling less beat up! Great video, thank you!

    I was prepped for a sub 2 hour half marathon in February. Caught CV19 a few days before the race. Three months later now and I’m struggling to even run 12 miles. CV19 will wipe out endurance it’s crazy. Going to try zone 2 for a month.

      Covid hit me HARD too! And it really effected my heart rate. I think trying zone 2 training is a great idea. Be patient with the process!

    Great story! Love the video. Curious what times did you finish the 10k and marathon?

      10k was in 54:50 (thought I was dying though!) and marathon was 4:22. Last year my half time was around 2:04 as well
