The world has gone too soft over the years. Arguably so, because all the generations growing up in the west post WW2 have not seen war or its horrors. People easily forget and get caught in daily activities listening to news bites or headlines.
We see violence and straight away identify with the victims. Its only natural.
Pictures speak a 1000 words but doesn't necessarily tell the whole story.
It is useful to know the history of Iran and the beginnings of Hezbolla, Hamas.
You would find that this is hardly a war against Israel but rather a Shia and Sunni conflict in which Israel is caught in between.
If the Democrats are smart they would dig into history first before placing blame solely on Israel.
Netanyahu is controversial no doubt but the ideological hate running through Gaza and Lebanon is driven by the Shia masters in Iran.
