That explains the COINS and Paper Bills all over her body and the multiple arms( which holds the Fares) and the white robe and headress resembles the common Morning Towels (towel brand)

That's a lot of the way we talk even among our peers who are fluent in the language. I remember Asian Boss doing a segment about if Filipinos can speak tagalog straight - failure across the board haha. There's it's always going to be mixed with a lot of english.

I really wish the production budget were higher so that all of the queens were lit flatteringly and their audio mixed impeccably. They all deserve the spotlight.
I agree. The graphics of their names and green screen backgrounds looked really cheap and as you say the film/lighting quality wasn’t high. But all the girls looked great with amazing costumes and it’s not their fault so I’m still looking forward to it!

As an Filipina who grew up in Aus and lived In Thailand and Philippines I have been friends with many drag queens in all those countries since the mid 90’s I know the humour, beauty and talent that many Filipina queens innately have. Eating, singing and dancing are the unofficial Olympic sports of the Philippines! 😂 All the queens are fabulous, fun and beautiful but there’s just something I instantly was drawn to Precious Paula Nicole. I think we probably have similar style of stupid sense of humour plus I love her activism, heart and authenticity. Anyway…good luck to all the queens. Now slay mga Bruha. Slay! 💃💗 🇵🇭

i don't really have much knowledge when it comes to the drag culture and scene here in the philippines, but i hope this show will bring light to the wonderful community of drag and the lgbtq+ here in the country where most of us are tolerated, seen as entertainers and as jokes. for a country with a lot of homophobia i hope this franchise will do what it did to the world - open people's eyes and celebrate us. rooting for eva le queen. she seems genuine and real.
