It's funny because I naturally sleep on my left and I didn't realize that when I lay down when I'm trying to go to sleep I just default to sleeping in the "recovery position" which I guess is also a good position to lay in for sleeping?
Some people say not to lay on your back some people say not to lay on your side some people say not to lay front face so what do I do? What stand up sleeping? 😢
Scientifically not considering the blood clot thing you should have a roughly 6 inch pillow under your head and knees to help the naturally curve of your spine and about a 2-4 inch pillow under your lower back with arms to your sides and a medium thick blanket to allow to good airflow also naked to allow air flow to your skin
On your stomach, with one leg out to your side over your pillow, with your head on your side over your pillow, and with your arms holding a pillow. Literally peak.
i sleep on my stomach, a pillow under one arm and the other under my forehead so i can sleep face down and still breathe. i also put a pillow loosely over one side of my head so it keeps me warm but it isn't super dangerous. super comfy!!
It is why I'm here researching on sleep position s, I've been sleeping on my stomach for my whole life with my face facing right, which put so much pressure on my left side that my eyes look depressed and my jaw is asymmetrical
Sleeping is painful nowadays regardless of position and mattress. My theory is because we oftenly use our backside which is used in sitting also. More pressure to it means weaker limbs resulting to a weaker movement.
Here is my nightly sleep schedule: 9-10:30 pm I go up to my room Next I start watching my phone (this is an important part of how I fall asleep) Approximately 11pm to 3 am Then eventually I get too tired to hold my phone to watch it Then I drop the phone Face into pillow Black out And then I am asleep. I know you aren’t supposed to watch tech before bed, but I am a night owl. I also am 14. And I feel just as good on no sleep as on 3 hours as on 10 hours, in fact I feel the best on no sleep.
@@greg9069 not intoxicated just suddenly and without any warning beyond the phone going down, I am suddenly asleep, not drunk, I hate the taste of alcohol.
Honestly i just raw dog sleep now. Slump up against the wall up right, no mat, pillow, or blanket. Max 3hrs at a time so i can keep grinding but wont pass out again
The best for me is probably facing the right side, or laying on your back. If you sleep on your left. You will get acid refluxes or feel like vomiting. On your back its just bad for your bones or something.
i always get sleep paralysis whenever i sleep on my back or my sides, thats why i always sleep on my stomach with head tilted 45-90 degrees, imp its the best position to sleep in if you don’t want any sleep paralysis 😅
The best position to sleep in is on your back with pillows under your head and under your knees You must add pillows under your need until your back feels 💯 relaxed Good night
Thats crazy just dealt with that and a side sleeper just got my first chiropractic session tried focusing on sleeping on my back just woke up from a weird nightmare and at 3:28 am 💀
I have to learn to sleep on my back. But its so difficult. I just cant do it. But my arms hurt from lying on them in any other position, both stomach and side. I dont know how to learn to sleep on my back. Also im gonna have some surgery in the future and then Ill have to sleep on my back. I dont know how. Lying on my back just feels sooo wrong. And my sleep thoughts somehow dont work when lying on my back.
I constantly sleep on my back I have ever since I got off drugs I don't know why it might be anxiety ive heard I grind my teeth really bad maybe I should see a sleep doctor
What if you sleep like a psycho And you lay down with your face towards your bed but your face is twisted to the side and your butt sticks up in the air? Just wondering
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Yeah they don't snort, they don't move they don't wake up with light or noise. We have a lot to learn from them.

Sleeping on the left side is our most natural and healthiest sleeping position to protect vital organs and also be quick to act in case of any danger.
No on the right

It's subjective. You need to experiment to figure it out for yourself

Sleep on my stomach with my knee up is the best way to fall asleep for me😂
Now that I have the answer, I can start sleep peacefully.

Never lay down your face on a flat surface, it may cause facial asymmetry

My best sleeping position is to sleep on my right side. I don't know why but I prefer it much more than sleeping on my left side.

Best position is by side looking to the right , your palm under your head
Man, why am I actually curious if this works

The best sleeping position is the one you sleep in
Sleep paralysis comes more often while laying flat like that, especially if one is stressed out before bed
Falls asleep head first
When I try to lay in my back I stare at the ceiling and my mind goes blank. I don’t get sleepy though. I start counting the dots on the ceiling.
Thx nice vid
I promise your back and neck problems just go away if u sleep with a pillow tucked under your neck, so like u look up
