Thank you for this video. Went through active shooter response training through my law enforcement agency and they have a second class for medical response incase paramedics aren’t cleared. That class isn’t for a few months though so I’ve been watching videos on learning how and when to apply proper medical aid. I appreciate your video
Mate thank you so much for leaving that comment! I really appreciate the feedback and I’m glad you’ve found it useful. Let’s hope you won’t have to apply the knowledge irl.
Im a newer EMT. We were told the 2-3 inches above the wound in class for tourniquettes, but my FTO training me at my job told me to put it towards the top of the arm. Can anyone with more experience elaborate. I mean, this dude does swat and stuff and has 14 years experiance, and I do know that with a lot of jobs, there's the book way, and then there's the real life way. Im not questioning the logic, justbwindering if someone more experianced has some imput on it
Two very good bits of feedback! I’ll do my best to slow things down and use people where I can until I can afford an training arm 😅 🙌 - starting from after this weekend - already filmed self application of a pressure immobilisation bandage.

Yes sir! Thanks legend 🙏 I appreciate that! It’s been quite quiet on this end due to life but hope increase content soon!

thanks for posting. could be better if you took things a bit slower and maybe use a dummy limb?
