@@Ash-it5kx yeah, actually he was the one Albert Fish wanted to kill, until he saw his sister in their house and his focus switched to someone weaker...

I remember a kid in my class did her speech on Albert fish, it was the most fucked up but you could tell she actually tried. Most of us did our English speech on politics or there favourite hobbies but she decided to do it on this. I already knew of this vocaloid but I had no idea it was about Albert fish. In the speech she didn’t mention this vocaloid but I asked her why she did the speech, she told me when she heard that song she wanted to creep out and inform them about this horrible horrible man. I mean it worked since she got high grades on her speech, and everyone was speechless. Iistening to this again after years still creeps me out the same, I guess the fear of how evil human kinda can be never really goes away. I’m gonna get nightmares tonight I know it

It’s not like I can go to my teachers when I’m having graphic thoughts, they can’t do shit. Most of teacher that r left at my school r shit anyways. My school is not friendly I think it’s just the culture cos I go to a British school and teachers probably would have guessed that some students would be into true crime I guess true crime is more accepted here however our class did judge her and I hated how they did that. I’ve had students in my class talk about graphic things randomly and they usually get told to stop and if they don’t they get sent out. I’ve seen people write disturbing things like “I wanna die” on a book and that kid got taken out by teachers. U don’t get to express urges and thoughts with people unless it’s in a jokey way which some will think it’s weird humour or call u a sociopath behind ur back for joking about those things or they’ll accept it cos they have similar humour or the people who get easily offended over everything will shout at u infront of the class. (That’s happened to me and many others). If u say anything graphic infront of teachers at my school when it’s random yes if the teachers think it’s messed up enough they will probably call parents. People always talk abt gomenne gomenne's lyrics traumatizing them but honestly secrets of wysteria left me with a sense of lingering cosmic horror that I will never grow out of.
i agree, gomenne gomenne was plain disturbing and was traumatizing but secrets of wisteria was bone chilling. it’s graphically describing albert fish’s crimes and it’s wonderfully made, but it’s absolutely terrifying.
@@muzzycosmos9400 I mean yeah but like, both songs have been out for years and are on the radar of any vocaloid horror fan. It's not like secrets of wysteria is brand new or super obscure or anything. Its age really doesn't have much to do with it.
@@wretchedcats4909 what I mean is that since it's older, older fans heard it when they were younger, bring them to be more traumatized by these old songs, instead of wysteria, who were listened when they were adult and less impressionable. Fish did choked her to death, then cooked and eat her, then after that in the letter he wrote for Gracies mother, he confessed to being sexually aroused while watching her being choked and wished that he did r*pe her before she died
The Grey Man was one of the most infamous and terrifying serial killer of his time. There where tales and rumors about him. Parents would warn their children about the boogeyman. He was also known as the Wysteria killer. The Last Podcast on the Left has a really good couple of episodes on him, but it is really really bad. That letter is definitely the worst of it but it is not easy to stomach anything that man did in his life.
Hes one of the most fucked up, up there with the torso killer and the man that made human furniture and masks. Of course hes not the most dangerous, thats probably be zodiac killer
@@dkskcjfjswwwwwws413 why would the Zodiac killer be considered the most dangerous? I live in a city where he once attacked actually. I visited Blue Rocks Springs as a child like 2-5 all the time, we called it Peacock Park bc of all the peacocks that roam around. It's a pretty place, and it's weird to know my childhood memories coincide with a location known more widely for a more sinister reason. I got really off topic, why is he considered mist dangerous? Truthfully I'm not all that scared of known serial killers. It's the ones that remain completely and utterly off the radar that terrify me. They aren't egocentric and they don't have that flaw that leads to many serial killers being attention seeking enough to make themselves traceable. It's the killers we don't realize exist that keep me up at night y'know?
@@dkskcjfjswwwwwws413 I mean, there are worse serial killer. The Zodiac killer barely has a body count compared to others in history. He was just theatrical. For example, an extremely prolific female serial killer, Countess Elizabeth Báthory de Ecsed, charged of 80 deaths of girls usually 10-14 with an estimated *650* total victims. She was famous for bathing in the blood of her victims believing it would give her beauty and shit. The Zodiac killer has 7 confirmed victims (2 of which survived) and claimed to have 37. The most deadly serial killer in all history, Luis Garavito aka "La Bestia", has a confirmed body count of 138 with the estimated amount of victims being 172-300+. Then there's Murder Incorporated, a group of killers run by Albert Anastasia aka "The Mad Hatter", who has 400 proven victims and an estimated 1000+. With numbers like this, and the fact there are far more perverted, twisted, and sadistic serial killers in recorded history- I simply don't see the hype/importance of the Zodiac Killer in specific.

Same. He is terrifying, & I feel terrible for his victims. The problem is how he would be punished? He's literally turned on by any & every physical tournament.
I remembered when I searched for more information about Albert Fish was that he witnessed torture while residing in an orphanage. Like....the "caretakers" spanking young boys as punishment and showing it to everyone to humiliate them. That was the kind of childhood Albert Fish grew up with. Your environment in childhood will reaaaally affect you growing up. Mental health is really important 😔. Hope you feel better after listening to some wholesome songs!
I also saw a documentary that he came from a wealthy background but he did have rampant mental illness in his family, which left one of his parents unable to care for him.
That's why Albert isn't a completely horrible person that should go to hell. He had surely done things that are cruel and fucked up, but he wouldn't be who he is if it wasn't for what he been through himself.
@@ellal3554 I wonder how he raised his six kids, I heard his mother arranged his marriage and that his wife left him for another man. Did his ex-wife even bother to get custody of their kids or suspect anything from her husband? Shoving nails up your ass and spanking your kids with a paddle with rusty nails in it that could give them anything is not normal. I believe the courts back then always granted custody to the man even if he was a scumbag.
If there's anything to be thankful for in the Albert Fish case, it's that the mother did not read the letter. The detective, William King (look him up what he did was amazing and he needs more credit) told the Budd family to pass on any letters to him to read as to not contaminate any evidence. Usually though, they were so anxious to know anything that could lead to them possibly finding Grace and they'd open and read the notes they got of fake confessions, awful pranksters, etc. But after years of this, this letter came in and Delia Budd, Grace's mother felt that something was off about the letter and handed it straight to King. Not only that, but it was because of that letter that he was caught.
So um, funny story. One time I fell asleep with my music on auto play on the tv. Because I at the time I was super into Vocaloid and everything edgy I would listen to this song a lot. And so- I woke up later that night at around 4 to the tv screen flashing red. In my half asleep state the lyrics sounded incoherent and like someone was summoning a demon. Even though I had school soon I didn’t go back to bed and continued to cry and look around me to assure myself that I was safe for 2 hours. Long story short, I don’t listen to vocaloid music when I go to sleep anymore.

Something that made me even more terrified of this song... the date is actually albert's birth and death sentence the boy who ran was one of the kids albert tried to kill, he was in albert's place with a friend (I read about it long time ago so why they were there Idk but could be albert luring kids using his old man face to look harmless and offer them stuff) he found some of the "tools" albert used on his victims and fortunately ran away with his friend

Albert Fish had a bunch of nicknames “The Boogeyman” being one of them. He kidnapped a kid in front of the kid’s friends and when the police questioned the friends, one of them replied with- “I don’t know where he went, I think the boogeyman took him.” In the first part of the song (the non reversed part) it mentions the boogeyman.
I have interest for dark, grim stuff. I have no idea why, but they stick out to me. But man, this, this terrified me the first time I saw it. Now, a freshman in college I am still afraid of watching it. Also, I read a comment in the original videos, if you stop a certain time, and turn up the brightness you’ll be able to see the face of the man staring at you.
That's just the reality I guess, can you guys imagine what the children felt? And the world is still screwed up, a good example is what happened yesterday in Lebanon, the aircraft destroyed half the city and 4000 people are now suffering, and some screwed people say the explosion looked dope!!
some people are just that detached from reality, they will never understand nor sympathize the pure fear felt by someone who knows eminent death chasing you head on
Just imagining how the child felt is... scary. Let me go into depth about what I assume she felt like This supposed sweet old man that your family's friends with comes over and asks to take you to a party. Your ten-year-old self becomes extremely excited, barely being able to contain yourself. The two of you wander to this big house, the excitement dies down, just a little. You shake a little, you feel an underlying sense of fear but convince yourself that it's alright! The old man tells you to wait outside, you smile brightly and nod as he goes inside. You wait outside, a few minutes pass and you hear him from the window, telling you the party's ready. You excitedly go into the house and begin to run around the house, looking for him. The house is abandoned and the feeling of excitement fades into weary happiness as you look for him. Eventually, you reach a bedroom and open the door, looking around and then hearing something, turning your head you see the closet slowly open to see the old man, completely naked and looking at you, a specific hunger in his eyes. Every bit of happiness is drained from your body and out of fear begin to sob and run away. This monster chases you through the house, grabbing your arm and dragging you closer, you scream and kick and scratch, screaming for him to let go, screaming for help, screaming until your throat hurts. He starts ripping your clothes off, you wiggle and squirm, begging, pleading for him to stop. This hunger in his eyes only grows stronger as he strips you of your last pieces of clothes, leaving you completely naked. You begin to run away again as he chases you again, you scream, "I'M GOING TO TELL MY MOM!!" trying to rip your way out of the house as he draws closer, and closer, eventually tackling you to the floor, his weight almost crushes your frail, young body. He grabs your throat with both hands while pinning you down, hyperventilating as fear is the only thing you feel, he begins to crush your throat, you croak out for help, for him to stop, that you won't tell. You squirm and wiggle with all your might as he continues to crush your throat while looking you dead in the eyes. You cough out, wheezing and choking, unable to breathe. After long, horrible minutes, you begin to lose consciousness, crying out a final "help" as you fade into unconciousness, fade into death. Yeah... it's sickening.
@Mocha Ritsu Yeah, exactly. Just imagine how she felt, struggling to breathe while locking eyes with this monster, naked and vulnerable, choking on tears as your windpipes are blocked. 13:38 I hate that guy so much. I have a very anger increasing fact: Albert Fish had documents that he gave to his lawyer and the lawyer never showed them to anyone, the lawyer kept whatever was in the documents to be an unknown mystery and now it’s very unlikely to impossible to find the files since they could have been burned, Ripped, or just lost. So now a unknown mystery of the horrific crimes that psycho did, He could’ve burned stuff down, killed more people, the list goes on of what horrific stuff he could’ve done and its all because of that lawyer’s choice but one thing is, the information might have been too much for anyone. But it’s up to your thinking and theorizing of what that psycho could’ve done.
Yeah, I regret wanting to know about this now, these children never did anything wrong to deserve this. I'm so disgusted and angry right now because of Albert's existence.

I'm like 14 year old you, but I've been like this since I was like 7 or 8. I'm 17 now. I'm still like this. its not my favorite song though. My interests aren't nearly as narrow as you implied yours are. Aside from one song that holds emotional significance to me, I don't even think I have a favorite. I'm too indecisive and listen to too many different genre's for that. I kind of hope I never gain the ability to be disgusted by things like this. With all the stuff I've seen and know and enjoy hearing about, I likely wouldn't be able to handle it. I'd say I'm sorry for you, but I am almost entirely incapable of empathy, and I'm in the mood to be incredibly honest with everyone for no reason and exposot about myself to people for no reason (it happens sometimes. I don't want to but I have to.) so I won't lie.
I am traumatized, shocked, disgusted, angry, and sad. After watching this I can't even describe how terrified I am. Its even worse that this is a true story, and this happened a long time ago. Ii don't ever want to go back in time if these type of things happen. I read a small portion of the letter and seeing the words "11 and 7 year old boy" and "torture, strip, spank, eat" I didn't even bother reading the rest and clicked off. It's so horrible to see this happening, not to mention one of the boys is around my younger brother's age (my brother is 7). It's so terrifying this is true, and a real story. This made me scared of people more then anything else. You never know what people are thinking in a society. I can't describe how much I hate that man for doing all those horrible things. I found this song when I was around 12 (I'm now 17) and fell in love with it. Didn't know english, of course. I was just starting to learn. But there was something in the song, in the art of the video, that got glued to my mind for days and weeks. At that time, reading the comments, I immediately searched about Fish, and I was horrified. Grossed out. Years passed, but I never forgot. Rewatching right after reading that made me very, very sad. I haven't watched the video again since then. It feels so much scarier when you notice that the singer (oliver yes i know hes a vocaloid) is 10-13 (or 14) and he sounds out of breath in the first part like hes running away from somebody or something and in one part of the song if you slow it down and pause it you can see a distorted image of Albert Fish
When you already know the tale about Albert Fish, seeing and understanding the references to albert’s actions in the song/video just fucks you up in a unique type of way.
If you want something lighter try "The Secret about that Girl" by Eve. The animation of the PV is really good and it's light and quite fluffy yet has at least 2 theories about what the story is
I think you deserve a break from the those seemingly darker songs, you should react to copy light by TK(the first take version preferably). It's been my favourite song for a while and I'd love to see your thoughts on it.
I listened to this as a really younger kid, admittedly I was horrified to even sleep or go out for a long time. Although it was unavoidable that’s people like this exist and that this can happen to anyone, I still couldn’t sleep at night. It’s such an amazing song.
same sometimes i had to watch like really wholsome cat videos or just wholsome stuff in general to get my mind off of it then i started to think of my family and then it all goes away 😅
This is one of the songs I label as... 'educational' A TON of people found out about this horrid event from this song. I know that might put me in a minority but I think that makes it really interesting and is part of why I like it. My dislike is where I feel it could celebrated the person who did the crimes, making his words as part of the song. What are other people's thoughts? I still like this song- it was made beautifully (and grotesquely) it just hurts that it was made about an actual event and CAN glorify an actual monster.
Yes, I think it is absolutely disrespectful to exploit a real case of torture, murder and emotional trauma (to the mother) for a Vocaloid song. To even include the letter. It's absolutely pathetic in my opinion.
In my opinion, it makes people aware of what humans are really capable of, the things they are willing to to fulfill their desires, it's a sad harsh reality we live in, and we have to accept it. Albert did have a very horrible childhood, not to mention that he came from a family with mental issues (I think?), so he already had mental problems, so the way he was treated by other boys made it much much worse for him, what he needed was intensive psychiatric help. Still, at the end, the things he did to the children, he deserves no mercy.
@@zeldaprincessgirl100 Imo there are much better ways to educate about the degeneracy of mankind than to make a stupid ~creepy~ Vocaloid song out of a real horrific crime case. It's just extremely disrespectful, even if none of the affected parties like family etc are alive anymore. I mean the majority of people here listen to this to get creeped out first and foremost. The most disrespectful part is the inclusion of the letter as a way to amp up the ~creepiness~. It just feels like the artist exploited the real abuse and murder of children and the trauma done to the mother to make a scary song. This gives me the vibes of those fools on tiktok who make videos acting as jewish people in Germany during the nazi regime.
@@oddbunny3653 In my opinion, the video did not creep me out when i first watched it, what it did was made me curious to find out more about Albert Fish and everything that happened a bit over a century ago. I don't use TikTok, so i don't know what goes on there. For me, this video is like as if you were presenting a project in school, talking about the horrible things Albert did, including reading the letter to everyone in class, only that this video is online and everyone can see it, i do not think this is exploiting, this is simply the dark side of history that people must be aware of. Of course, we have different views on what we think of the video, and that's fine, agree to disagree ya know.
So, it’s a fine line. On one hand, yes, it could be seen as glorifying the killer. It could be seen as disrespectful to the victims and families. But, on the other hand, these stories need to be told, and the true horror of it made clear. This song in particular does this very well, as it has two sides. The normal, forward lyrics that read as a kind of tribute to the victim, telling the story of the pain and fear this poor child went through. And then the twisted, self reverent backwards lyrics, telling the story of the killer. It’s not just creepy for the sake of being creepy, it’s creepy because it happened, and it’s sick, and disgusting. There’s no other way to tell this story, and as many of the commenters have said, it’s extremely effective in conveying the full scope of how terrifying it is in a way that only art can. There’s nothing really glorifying in this unless you’re already the type to glorify these monsters, because how can you react to this with anything but disgust and deep sadness?

Thats why i believe that humans are more terrifying than ghosts.
ghosts are supposedly remnants of a past life, usually a past that is long gone.
humans are in the present, where the horrible things they do are STILL happening, the scary part is not knowing who's such a terrible person when you walk past
that's my take on this at least-
well as the saying goes
"fear the living rather than the dead"
I would rather accept satan than getting raped or eaten
We can be cannibals not even knowing
Albert fish was a cannibal cuz there were food related items
Life is a lie
Death is a lie
Reality is a lie
We are a lie
A sheep purpose is to follow
A wolf purpose is to eat the sheep
We were the ones to destroy the world
That is why they made the inferno movie
So someone would try to make a virus that kills half the world
But animals live in this world and it would affect animals as well
This is why earth is dying
We need to find a solution
well humans have the power of choice and instincts
the reason the creepy songs are all vocaloid is cuz its near impossible to convince someone to sing something like that-
Don’t they have voice actors for the songs then use it for vocaloid?-
@@666.xoxo33 it doesn't work like that tho, a voice actor records the syllables to form a word and this program lets the producer decide what these syllables are going to form without the voice provider being actually there

That gave me GOOSEBUMPS

the date is actually albert's birth and death sentence
the boy who ran was one of the kids albert tried to kill, he was in albert's place with a friend (I read about it long time ago so why they were there Idk but could be albert luring kids using his old man face to look harmless and offer them stuff) he found some of the "tools" albert used on his victims and fortunately ran away with his friend

He kidnapped a kid in front of the kid’s friends and when the police questioned the friends, one of them replied with- “I don’t know where he went, I think the boogeyman took him.” In the first part of the song (the non reversed part) it mentions the boogeyman.

That's just the reality I guess, can you guys imagine what the children felt?
And the world is still screwed up, a good example is what happened yesterday in Lebanon, the aircraft destroyed half the city and 4000 people are now suffering, and some screwed people say the explosion looked dope!!
some people are just that detached from reality, they will never understand nor sympathize the pure fear felt by someone who knows eminent death chasing you head on
Just imagining how the child felt is... scary. Let me go into depth about what I assume she felt like
This supposed sweet old man that your family's friends with comes over and asks to take you to a party.
The cold hands around your throat gripping tighter, tighter until your skin burns.
Absolutely horrific. Fuck Albert Fish.

But I will say it was definitely horrifying enough for me to genuinely have a lingering fear that lasted up to a week(or two) which mind you; isn't normal for me.
I just saw this and decided why not watch another person be freaked out by this screwed up song.
Sometimes, hearing things like this that only happened some decades ago really makes you appreciate the time you were born in.

13:38 I hate that guy so much. I have a very anger increasing fact:
Albert Fish had documents that he gave to his lawyer and the lawyer never showed them to anyone, the lawyer kept whatever was in the documents to be an unknown mystery and now it’s very unlikely to impossible to find the files since they could have been burned, Ripped, or just lost. So now a unknown mystery of the horrific crimes that psycho did, He could’ve burned stuff down, killed more people, the list goes on of what horrific stuff he could’ve done and its all because of that lawyer’s choice but one thing is, the information might have been too much for anyone. But it’s up to your thinking and theorizing of what that psycho could’ve done.
you're right this did make me mad

You are older than the person created this song 😂
No lie, the reversal was actually pretty traumatising when I first heard it. I recommend going for lighter stuff for a while
I am traumatized, shocked, disgusted, angry, and sad. This is one of the reasons why I think that vocaloids are important in a way. This is one of the songs I label as... 'educational'
A TON of people found out about this horrid event from this song.
@@zeldaprincessgirl100
Imo there are much better ways to educate about the degeneracy of mankind than to make a stupid ~creepy~ Vocaloid song out of a real horrific crime case.
