I loved this scene! I got mad 2010’s early Carter era vibes from Linda and Johnny. I’m liking this Johnny. From punching Dean to vibing with his mum Charlie in just 2 episodes is showing more range than the last one did in 2 years. I really hope the writing stays consistent for Johnny because so far I’m really enjoying the direction he’s gone down, toughening up but still having the same tenderness he arrived in 2013 with. His mannerisms really do feel inspired by Mick!
