SHams got a battle REZ NO EXP REZ through AA. Ya Giving Shams and DRoods the ability to 90% REZ was silly (it even made the Cleric EPic Useless at that point) they should have given it to Pallys. By POP and the Ranger upgrade . Rangers were better tanks than Pallys.
If your evil class can invis, then personas are a game changer, but limited to starting cities. The big drawback to personas is once you create them, deleting any of them results in all of them getting deleted. You get 3 free and can add another 3 for 15 bucks in the DB store. You also need the latest expansions for them to work.

Not surprised on the numbers. I might box a weird combo of necromancer and wizard on teek and have the wizard available for grouping but not sure yet.

Not surprises Cleric is #1. There's just no replacing cleric heals, and shm/dru don't get rez until level 70
