    Thanks Jim!! I have a 2011TK and have this video saved. Its saved me a few times when buying things and reviewing your dimension documentation. Currently looking for a tabletop grill. Had the WeberQ in my 30IB but its way to big for the TK. Thanks Jim!!

      Thanks for watching and the comment, glad the video is helpful. One of the key dimensions is the 9 inch opening to the compartments. As long as your grill is less than 9 inches top to bottom and not too long or wide, it should fit. So you just don't want one that's taller than 9 inches (if you had to remove the base to get under 9 inches that should work if it has a removable base or legs). Good luck finding one and thanks again!

    The one video i would love to see is what is under the bed..behind the drawers, under dinette.seats....all the hidden areas...overcab bed compartments, cubby over entrance door.inside closets...bathroom..etc..thanks

      Thanks very much for the suggestion, 19Friday55. I can show some of that. There is only wood under the dinette seats (which also pull together and turn into the California King size bed). If you were to drill a hole through the wood underneath the dinette seats you would be able to see into the outside storage compartments. For the overcab bed, it's the same. There's a wood platform beneath the mattress, no storage area. But there is a storage box alongside the mattress that comes in very handy. We use it for our computers and cords. I will try to put together a video on this when I can. Appreciate the great idea!

    Hi Jim,
    In our 27’ 2015 RB Lazy Daze, the forward passenger side bays are, by the looks of things, the same size as your passenger side rear compartments. They certainly hold a lot of equipment. Surprisingly well designed storage areas.
    After our recent Solar upgrade, we now use the battery bay for our Macerator and water hose.
    The extra length of our LD gives us extra outside storage. Great utility storage. LD has ample storage inside too.
    Great video. Thanks for sharing.
    Kent

    I would love to see how you use those horse(?) levelers.

    • @JimLangley1
      @JimLangley1  3 года назад

      Thanks for watching laruebridge and for requesting a video on the horse stall pad levelers. I'll see if I can make a video about them. I need to make some more and when I do that, I should be able to make a video.
      To explain for now, I bought mine at the store Tractor Supply. They come in 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch thickness. I recommend the 3/4 inch. It comes in a big piece 6' x 4' What you do is cut it into strips with a utility knife.
      Then you put them under your wheels to level your rig. You can stack them and use them alone. Or they work in conjunction with the Camco yellow step levelers to raise them more. And because the pads are rubber, they ensure that the plastic step levelers don't slip like they sometimes do on pavement.
      You can stack the horse pad levelers up as much as you want. They will squish a little so you don't actually get 3/4 inch of lift for each strip but a little less. That's why to get the 3/4 versus the 1/2 inch.
      The one bad thing is that the pad is made out of recycled car tires. This means that little pieces of rubber come off the strips and these all end up over time in whatever bin you store them in. Other than that, I find them vary handy and easy to use and store - that's why I'm making even more. Hope this helps and thanks again!

    Hello sir, I discovered your chanel while looking for some Light Bicycle wheels reviews. I have a question that might seem a bit odd: does not having spoke nipple holes actually makes the wheel stronger? I know the main point of it is mqking tubeless easier but i was wondering about the potential structural integrity increase.
    Thank you for your answer.
    Please pardon my flawy english, i'm french.

      Thanks for watching and the question about my Light Bicycle Wheels video ruclips.net/video/ZO2svtr32tU/видео.html , Mathias. It's a good question and the answer is yes, it should make the rims stronger - assuming that they don't do something special with the drilled rims, such as adding material to reinforce the rim holes (as far as I know they don't). The reason not having holes makes the rim stronger is because it adds material to the rim and more material means more strength. I hope this is helpful.

I will definitely keep you in mind if I hear of a LD for sale.

    what bike racks fit on the Lazy Daze?

    • @JimLangley1
      @JimLangley1  3 года назад

      Thanks for watching and the question, Dennis. Laze Daze RVs come with a 2-inch hitch (receiver), so any hitch bike rack will fit. But, for all RVs you want to make sure to ask the bike rack maker whether the rack is specifically made for use on the back of an RV. The longer the RV the more force on the rear rack and not all racks are designed for RV use. So that's the most important question to answer when buying a rack. On our 24-foot Lazy Daze Twin King, I use a Hollywood TRS rack. Here's a link. It says it's sold out which usually means you can find it but you'll need to look around, check at bike shops, search online, etc. hollywoodracks.com/collections/all-bike-racks/products/trs-e-bike-hitch-rack?variant=19521456799813 Note that I carry an ebike. If you don't carry heavy bikes like that you don't need such a heavy duty rack. But be sure to get one rated for RV use. Hope this helps and thanks again!
