    Great video! I was not aware that you could put anything on once you've added the cold wax. I may have to try this on some small pieces. I'll be curious to see how the embossing works as a sealer for me. Thanks!

    Have you played around with using embossing powder to actually make the cyanotype? Like embossing a stamped image using opaque powder, exposing the cyanotype and then ironing the embossing powder off.. Clear embossing powder might leave an image as well. Just some things I've been thinking about for weeks but haven't tried yet

      No i have not tried that but Great idea! Next time we have a sunny day! It has been so overcast and rainy that I haven’t been doing many!

      I have etched my fair share of silver plated copper in the jewelry fabrication side of my workshop….never thought of it in the photographers eye but certainly a thought provoking comment!
      I would love to find one of the circa 1840ish daguerreotypes! 💕
