It was fun teaching at Purple Valley in Goa this year, and I'm looking forward to coming back in October 2023! Watch out for dates, I would love to see you there.

The thousand yard stare gives more weight 😂. Easily the best jump through/back tutorial around. Thankyou.

That’s incredible to hear. The thing is, these are literally all the things that enabled me to do the movement - I also struggled for many years and that’s how I learnt them! 🙏😊

Hi Adam, thank you for this explanation. I'm working on my jump through, and I'm starting to wonder whether my arms and frame are too short (and hips too wide, legs too long) to be physically able to do this movement. My partner with who I practice together (who has pretty much the opposite body type) jumps through with ease. I'd love to see what your take is on this, could it be physically impossible for some body types?

Yes. It could be. I’d love to see you come to the online Mysore class I run sometime so I could see you in person - and also suggest on seeing you some practical steps forward. But. Yes, it may be that you won’t get the full movement. Or, maybe you will with more technique and practice. The main thing is to keep your mind open to it and keep practicing.

Anyway i would like to ask you a couple of questions:
1.when i try to jump back after lifing my body and crossing my legs i find that my left foot touch my right hand and it has a suppprt. That's true only for the legt foot on the right hand. I think because my right hip is closer than the left one. Shall i continue this way or you recommend some corrections?
    2. How many breathes do you recommend keeping utpluthi at the end of the series?
Thank you and all the best! See you soon in Salento!

i think, as I’ll see you soon, certainly continue doing that until I can take a look in person when I see you.
Regards Uth Pluthi ., the purpose is to initiate some arousal of the nervous system before fully relaxing - so, just enough that you feel re activated. Depends on whether you’re breathing fast or slow, but I would say 10 slow and 40 faster as a rough suggestion.
