Is there a way to add logic that if someone does not make a certain score, they have to repeat the survey and if they do make a certain score, they go to another section?

      There is!
This video on branch and skp logic should be a good starting point: ruclips.net/video/0_tzfzFhIUg/видео.html
In a nutshell, you'd want to customize your branch logic so if condition A is met (someone passes) they continue to the end. Otherwise, they are sent to a section which tells them that they did't pass (or something similar) and asks them to restart the survey.

@@YourQualtricsExpert Hi I have a similar question as the person you provided the link to setting up logic patterns. How do I set up a quiz so that there's a threshold that needs to be met before they pass and earn CEUs? Thank you advance for your help.

@@francesaranda of course! Since this has come up a few times it might be worth its own dedicated video. The however, would be identical to what you'd do here:
"This video on branch and skp logic should be a good starting point: ruclips.net/video/0_tzfzFhIUg/видео.html
In a nutshell, you'd want to customize your branch logic so if condition A is met (someone passes) they continue to the end. Otherwise, they are sent to a section which tells them that they did't pass (or something similar)"
Except the slight change would be that instead of the person continuing to the end of the survey automatically or restarting the survey automatically you ca branch them to a location that says something like: "Great! You Passed. Click next to get your score and end your survey!" or "Sorry. Unfortunately you didn't pass. Click next to try the survey again."
Once you do something like that, you should be all good to go!
      Does that make sense?

Is there a way where i can only show the percentage in the final score along with a message saying that "you have passed/fail" depending on the percentage and not the individual answers at the end of survey

This is great, thanks Declan! Can scoring only be implemented at a “Project” level and not at a “Library" level? I need to re-use the same questions (i.e., from validated questionnaires/PROMs) within multiple Projects that need to be assigned the same point values and grouped into the same categories each time.
Also, is it possible for the point values to be combined into a string instead of summed into a total score?

Hello Sally, unfortunately, yes. Scoring happens on a project by project basis and not on a library level

@@YourQualtricsExpert Hi Declan, thanks for confirming. My survey project is using question blocks that are linked to corresponding library blocks. When I go to set-up the scoring in the survey project, it says that the block is "locked" and I'm unable to select any of the questions to include in a score category. Do you know a way around this?

    • @YourQualtricsExpert
      @YourQualtricsExpert  2 месяца назад +1

@@SallySansom-b1d Hello Sally, the only way around this, unfortunately, would be to copy those respective blocks to make them "survey specific" so scoring can be applied. As long as the blocks aren't "survey specific" the scoring will not be able to be applied to those blocks and questions within.

Hi Declan! I am looking to prepare a Readiness Assessment via Qualtrics. Now since each organization's maturity level would vary, would it be possible to generate a report for each of the respondent on the basis of their scores?

Hello! You have a couple of options here. If you want a report that dynamically filters based on who is looking at it, you'd be better of creating a dashboard: ruclips.net/video/hj6UzWAmFAw/видео.html
However, if you want all the data in one place and don't mind seeing all the data for all scores in the same place, you'd be better off creating a report: ruclips.net/video/75Y6p6EcTuM/видео.html
These videos should be good places to start! Feel free to take a look and let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns!
