When I am generating link..it open another window where it ask me to fill the details in Excel.

I have a separate video that discusses how to post a survey on mTurk (though Amazon has now changed the payment process for this). There are also other places you may post this, such as the Academic Prolific or Qualtrics panels, or with an email list vendor.
