Just ran across your channel, great video! I always weigh my pre bagged potatoes and oranges and apples, sweet potatoes anything that is already bagged for a certain amount to make sure I am getting the full, 2 lbs, or 3 lbs, or 5 lbs and etc for the price!! Sometimes they weigh little under and sometimes a little over, so I always take the one right on or little over. :)

As an over the top shopper, I always want to see, touch, evaluate the sell by date...when I put anything in my cart. It does take me a tiny bit more time, but I come home with good food that we will use. I've watched the people trying to fill others orders and they are constantly on the phone to get guidance - hey, just go to the market!

    1. Use cash
    2. Buy whole foods; no animal, fish, or dairy products
    3. Limit highly processed, prepared food items
    4. Use up what you have before shopping
5 Keep a list near the pantry door of items you have used up and need to repurchase
6 Buying bulk only those items you use OR can store before they go bad
    7. Sign up for grocery loyalty apps at stores where you shop regularly
    8. Shop sales and, if possible and feasible, shop multiple stores for the best price
    9. Create a budget and plan to stay within +/- some dollar amount each shopping interval
    10. Give yourself grace and find the rhythm and routine that is sustainable according to your pre-determined goals.

I do prefer to go in the store but I have mobility issues so I will do online shopping. I have got some horrible produce delivered. I love the use cash idea. That will help me with my impulse buying.

I completely understand. I have definitely been in different situations where online grocery shopping was necessary for my family.
