    Hi Hazel goddess I've been using a hair steamer for about six months while deep conditioning and my hair is so much healthier. It's the best investment I ever made 😊.

      I just started this process and I'm LOVING the results, ESPECIALLY with the grease I'm now incorporating into my with hair regimen!!
      I know some of y'all might call me crazy, but I'm more focused on healthy hair more so than long hair. 🤷🏿‍♀️❤💯

  • @wannabe41
    @wannabe41 5 лет назад +22

    Wow! Your steamer runs for 45 minutes? I have a similar hooded steamer I also purchased from Amazon, and it only runs for about 25 minutes before the water level goes to below the heating element and the safety feature of the steamer automatically shuts it off. 25 minutes is plenty steaming for me because I think it’s much more effective than a hooded dryer.

    • @QueenxBri_
      @QueenxBri_ 5 лет назад +5

      Katherine Miller Yeah mine runs no more than like 30 mins as well!! Especially if I turn on the “Oxygen thing” button it only last about 20 mins lol

    • @wannabe41
      @wannabe41 5 лет назад +1

      Sarahbella DayTalk most of the tabletop hooded steamers sold on Amazon look so similar. And I noticed that mine and most of the others I’ve seen have no manufacturer’s name or brand on the unit itself, just on the box, so I suspect they’re all made at the same factory for different vendors. I would look for the best price and research the warranty and return policy. And look at customer reviews as well.

    I have this same steamer. I purchased it a few months ago from Amazon. What I do (to get the back) is I turn around in the chair after I've steamed the front. Couldn't figure out another way to do it. One thing I don't like is that the steamer drips water on the table after a while and I have to stop and refill the water tank at least two or three times. Other than that, I love this steamer! My hair is definitely softer and more moisturized!

I have not used heat in my hair in years....last time I straighten my hair was in 2014... I need to invest in a steamer... it's much healthier for the hair.

Most use the hand held one to untangle my hair don’t wanna burn it out. Plus probably won’t get it in all sections the same holding it there

      The only difference is the dryer is dry heat and steamer is moist heat. I looked at some comparisons online from people and they both can give the same results but a few said the steamer gave them more intense conditioning. U could do either or though lol ❤️ I surprisingly havent ever used my dryer for anything other than drying
