Definitely hold the DeKalb county jail responsible as well. Ive been in those cells, my cellmate had an asthma attack....it literally took for ME to RALLY THE OTHER INMATES IN THE POD, TO RING THEIR PANIC BUZZERS, BANG AMD SCREAM FOR HELP!! AND THE C.O.'S RESPONSE WAS, THEYRE GONNA LEAVE A NOTE FOR THE NEXT SHIFT, THAT WE'RE GONNA BE ON LOCKDOWN MOVING FORWARD, BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY CAME IN AND HELPED MY CELLMATE. THE JAIL IS JUST A BUILDING.... ITS THE SHERIFF'S AND OFFICERS THAT ARE THE CANCERS.
So one guys made a crash dummy test out the other guy to use drugs and die...so this means the guy would told the other guy to jump off bridge and this guy would have did it for him
