When I was a boy, there is no way I could have walk what the camera person did this video; there was no Brownes Beach, no sand, it was all ocean the up to and past the Bandstand. We could not swim there the water was so rough. Now, the water is calm and has drifted back 50+ yards. If not for that Gravesend Beach/Brownes Beach underpass the sand would reach from the Hilton Hotel all the way to Bridgetown. (by the Boatyard/old Queen Elizabeth Hospital). Amazing.
