Malema says firearm discharge case to discredit EFF leaders

The East London Regional Court has heard that the activity to discharge a firearm was never discussed with police during meetings of the preparations of the EFF's 5th celebrations held at Sisa Dukashe Stadium in 2018 at Mdantsane. Party leader Julius Malema and his bodyguard Adriaan Snyman are facing a charge of discharging a firearm in public during the event.
