ANC has to realize that if this government will be stable they need to compromise and give away some ministries. Not that I also agree with giving DA 12 ministeries. But to some extent the DA and other parties should have some ministries.
If they lost power let those other parties form their own government.

One key point we seem to be missing here, because even the legal experts are just running to say the president has prerogative to appoint the executives.
NB: there's an agreement reached before there was any president, then that agreement involved ANC, DA plus other parties who then went to vote in the current president, then after using the other parties to get them to vote in the president you then now keep on saying it is the prerogative of the president (which no one dispute that but that it's easily executed when one party has the majority. The constitution doesn't not have provision of a GNU hence the statement of intent which led to the voting in on the Speakers, President, Chair of NCOP...) so this approach of keep on referring to the prerogative of the president needs to be approach not with a closed eye against the status of no party has the majority....let's first deal with how the current officers were voted in before you say the same seats you were given to secure the current officers are now at the mercy of the president...
NO ONE IS ACKNOWLEDGING THE KEY ROLE PLAYED BY THESE PARTIES TO ASSIST THE ANC TO SECURE THE PRESIDENCY, SPEAKER, NCOP CHAIR

I've negotiated in a Bargaining Council for 5 years. There is nothing untoward about these movements. Thats how negotiations start and later the consensus will be reached. The problem is that the ANC has not come to terms with the reality that they are not the majority and expose themselves to attacks.
