Which is exactly how it should be, this is a fun party game not an ultra competitive esports fighting game yeah I’m obviously aware Smash has a competitive scene but smash is an extremely accesible and easy game to play compare to plenty other fighting games, specially the esports stars
I can’t find any of the episodes other than this and the one for ultimate newcomers, where can I find the others? Or are they just releasing these episodes out of order (as in not the order the games came out)

As an Ike main I know exactly what they are going to say and I've never been so upset by something I completely agree with. Though I will say he at least requires fundamentals to play but after that you can just do whatever you want for the most part even if some off your knives are very committal.

I respect people that play harder characters cause they put in a lot of effort but personally I just want to play the game and have fun so simple characters are best.

I would agree ESAM was wrong when he said Tea isn't smart because that's not true. He's the only one who makes pac-man look galaxy brain. In other words: pac man is not galaxy brain, Tea is. As a rosa main i completely agree with this sometimes you gotta think twice in what action do you make, like: "do I keep luma?"or "should I throw luma?" and you always have to watch out on what the enemy does because one single hit could make you lose luma and by that lose a stock
Robin has 5 Resources that he needs to manage at all times, a limited recovery, and item pressure and combos from used-up Tomes and Sword. That's beyond Fake Smart, a solid Lumpy Brain character. The only reasons why he wouldn't be PHD is because Robin's non-item projectiles are two really good projectiles, and Levin Attacks are arguably the best set of aerials and smash attacks in the entire game and are all mad stupid.
Yeah, i definitely feel like he should have been a tier higher. I think they forget that, besides Levin Sword, all the magic was resources. And you COULDNT EVEN SEE HOW MUCH RESOURCES YOU HAD LEFT! You had to keep track of that in your head unless you wanted something to run out at a terrible time! Then you use the discards to change your playstyle too.
Honestly, on paper he's more complex than he is in practice. You can just throw out whatever you want with him. The only thing you actually need to manage is wind for recovery, but unless you're offstage for the whole stock you don't need to worry about that 95% of the time. Honestly, the most complex thing about Robin is using his empty items in combat.

Just because we have a frame three nair and a forward air that combos into itself doesn’t make us fake smart, it clearly just means we outplayed you for approaching. And against a ton of matchups characters can super hard punish our hydrant placement and we just take 30 percent and have no water...

Nah man. Pac-Man is by far one of the most big brain characters to play in the game. Esam was salty that he got outplayed by Tea for simply being the better player. He also complained about Pac-Man's frame data when he literally mains Pikachu and Zero Suit Samus, and Marss just agrees with him. They put him in a lower tier out of salt when Pac-Man should have at least been a tier higher, and I don't even play Pac, it's just the truth.
As someone who used to main Villager, I can assure you, Villager is one of the easiest characters to play. Lloid rocket is a free approach tool, and you just run forward with either slingshot, or grab

Corrin is way easier than lucina or cloud. He is really mashy with frame traps. His aerials are easier to space and pressure safely. His damage comes from the easiest comboes in the game. Lucina needs to choose her options more carefully. Corrin is also easier than ike but a good ike is stronger than corrin.
Corrin is definitely more difficult than those guys, although not by much for Lucina, as somebody who has played all of them quite a bit but mains corrin (so take my bias into account for that). His low air speed means things are more difficult to space than they seem, which definitely isn't a problem for Cloud and not as much for Lucina They can drift back if they hit shield, Corrin requires more commitment. I will agree that his combos and frame traps are super mashy though, it's wild that a swordie has fair as a combo starter.
I’d say Corrin is more difficult since you have to be really specific about how you get your combos since they often don’t work if you aren’t precise and you have a really hard time in disadvantage if you mess up. Things like f-air pin or f-air b-air are good but definitely not mashy.

I disagree that faster characters automatically have hard combos. You haven't refuted anything I said about what makes Corrin's combos hard. They're require more precision (with respect to timing) than chrom or lucina to be true and especially to get kills out of them seamlessly you need very good spacing. To say Corrin is the only one focusing heavily on fundamentals is disingenuous because they're all very similar. Corrin's moves might look similar to Ike's but Ike has a much better damage output because of his easier execution.
I might just be a Robin fan, but I think Robin could’ve been lumpy brain. Like the other characters that ended up in lumpy brain, you can play him like a dummy pretty easily, but he has such cool potential to make cool stuff out of item combos. Plus, he’s slow and you kind of just have to commit to your options. But yes, side b spam is a very poo brain strategy and honestly that’s fair enough.
