- This is part 1 of 2. The reason why there's 2 parts is because I had a nightmare getting the brake fitted so it works without binding. In part 2, I'll explain how I fitted everything and hopefully, I'll have tested it!

The nut is to shorten the valve so that it does not get stuck to the caliper. 😉

What is the best way to fix a blown 46v controller on my electric bike. Is there anyone who is able to fix it or tell me the part I'd need to replace? I bought it from voilamart off ebay seller from China and I have broken spares that I can use if I know what part needs replacing

I don't have a Ninebot but they're made by the same company and they use all the same parts so I'd say yes, it should fit.

I think they're called MT60 connectors mate.
You will use two motors? 2x2
Nope...... never. The reason why I made it RWD is because it was dangerous having a motor on the front. All it used to do, was wheelspin and it was rather interesting accelerating round corners when it decided to go straight on.

Perhaps a silly question: why even bother with a rear wheel brake...... when the Front brake does ~75% of the real life braking ??
Wouldn't fitting a front brake been the more Physics 'correct' adventure?
There is nothing to attach a caliper to. Plus which, I wouldn't rely on the weak front end to stop me in a hurry without collapsing.
