1 kg chicken liver
Add water and cook for 20 minutes
Subscribe to the channel
Drain and cover with film
Leave for 30 minutes (until it cools)
1 chopped leek

3 cloves garlic, minced
Fry for 1-2 minutes
1 zucchini cut into cubes
Fry for 2-3 minutes
2 red peppers, chopped
Fry covered for 5-7 minutes
1 carrot cut into cubes
Fry for 3-4 minutes
1 large potato cut into cubes
As
Fry for 7-10 minutes
Chop the chicken liver
Place in a bowl
Add fried vegetables

Salt, pepper, paprika, Provençal herbs
Stir well
80 grams of sour cream
100 grams of flour
5 grams of baking powder
Mix well
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil

Bake another 5 minutes at 180°C
