Hello: So I'm experiencing some problems with the auto start and stop. Most of the time when I come to a stop sign and the auto stop kicks in, Most of the time it stalls the car and I will have to restart the engine. What could the fault ?
I got a 22 Nissan Sentra, sometimes when i start i get a malfunction system warning, then i restart it, no problems, sometimes it won't start... Is this warning the start stop fault... Battery looks fine....i had Nissan look at the shutter grill error i was getting and told them about this starting issue, they just said it could be related, I'm not buying that excuse
My battery is new, the auto start stop on off system fault started before I removed the old battery and continued thereafter, alternator was tested okay. The same was experienced a year ago when I changed the trunk battery and disappeared but lately it's not
But stop/Start system developped due to extreme cold weather -9 Degrees Celsius. And my battery is only 2.5 years old, purchased directly from Nissan Qashqai dealer. Above 1 Degrees Celsius, my car Starts normal.

Hi, Maybe due for a software update? other than that try to check the relay
