Why does my Starkey Thrive keep dropping out on my android phone. I have to keep rebooting the app to find my hearing aids? Is thee something I can do to not make it dropping and also my phone tells me that Thrive keeps crashing and to put it in deep sleep. Is this advisable and will it keep it from dropping and searching for my hear aids,
Why remote adjustment with my provider? Why not local adjustment with myself right where I am at zero cost to myself and whenever I want? These apps still have a long way to go.
The apps give users basic sound control, however for more significant adjustment it's required to see your provider. The remote adjustment option provides an easy solution for those who want more changes than the app can provide. Thanks for watching!
This app is awful unfortunately. It's basically un usable. It has so much potential. But because the app doesn't work, i can't even fully experience all that my new hearing aids can do. Honestly. It's quite ridiculous. And these were SO EXPENSIVE!!! ugh.
Check to see if there are any app updates available on your phone to hopefully resolve this issue. Your hearing healthcare provider can assist with the app and also add custom programs. Thanks for watching!
WHY DO i NOT HAVE THE FORTH ICON AT THE BOTTOM OF MY SCREEN? THE REMOTE ICON. i HAVE THE EVOLV AI 2400 AIDS. I ONLY SEE THIS OPTION WHEN I AM IN DEMO MODE, WHEN I HAVE GONE TO THE DEMO MODE I CANT GET OUT OF IT AND I REMOVE THE STARKEL APP AND RELOAD IT.
The normal setting always forgets volume and equalizer settings. I've been unable to find any tutorial on how to set up more custom memory so that custom volume and equalizer settings get saved. Geotagging is unhelpful when there are problems with basic set-up. The patient won't use the Brain and Health features until they can make basic settings work and keep them working. FIRST make the hearing aids perform properly before dumping extra features on the app. Also I wish there were a way to find competent audiologists who properly set the hearing aid, test it (microphone probe) and give the patient instructions, or where to find instructions on how to run the hearing aids from the app.
How can I connect to my phone for phone calls. I'd like to be able to listen and talk, hands free and without sound having to pass through my phone speaker

@@ProFitHearing I looked at the list of phones on it. The list looks old as many of Samsung new phone are not on it like the A13, A52 and A53 series the S21FE and the S22FE The lady I am trying to help doesn't need a high end phone.

I am new to using Thrive and I cannot seem to get it to KEEP in Memory the various settings I choose for different settings - I think I have set volume, say for Television, then go to set another, say Normal, it will have my TV settings, so I change it, Now TV has the Normal settings they all will have the same settings???? TKS
I need to know how to use the app with an Audio book OR change to a version that provides the voice when using Map & Direction. Basically, how to turn audio on and off as needed.

The 5th option that includes the menu starting with the User Guide has very different options. Is there a written manual available for Thrive and Evolve?
The remote icon is not on the Thrive that was put on my phone for Evolve. There is no remote button on the bottom to control Streaming Volume or microphone volume.

my app is not showing the tv streaming my app has only 4 choices on the bottom. it has worked before but never on the fourth icon
