@@ThriftSchool I do miss the days of when goodwill's were actually GOODwill. Got an Xbox One for $6 that way, only issue it had a game stuck in the disc drive.
Man you missed the 4 box sets unopened the oc seasons 1-4 three unopened box sets of the waltons box set cost $129.99 at walmart and $159.99 and sunrise records
Whenever I check sold comps I always select Completed too. Sold and completed are right next to eachother. That way u can also see all the listings that have ended without selling. I feel like this can be valuable and necessary info when it comes to comping. ✌️💜
@@ThriftSchool I had them as a kid, so knew they were at least 30 years old (the date will be the mold not necessarily the figure release, much like hot wheels).
Jesse, I noticed a lot of the time u show the Collectible category price. Do u actually list in that category? I'm super apprehensive to do so and never have despite selling on Amazon for about 3 or 4 yrs now. What do I need to know if I want to list in that category? Oh, and I'm strictly FBM (but considering trying a few things FBA soon) P.S. - I'm assuming that U never followed up with the DVDs cuz of the issue with ur cart? Did they poach it after u already had gone thru them? Ppl suck dude ✌️💜✌️💜
Thanks again for your videos, they are great. When you list collectible is that used? I only list new and was wondering. Also do you get or g sell leads? Or recommend a VA or a discord group to use or a sourcing software? Thank you again for the videos packed with great content.
The Dora set I'd sell around $50 at acceptable condition. The product is brand spanking new but the box as you said has water damage and is warped. It should sell no more than 6 months.
It will be interesting to see how the store is different everyday. I went to my local goodwill after 2-3 weeks away and it was stocked with a lot. I scored a Dogma bluray
I responded in another comment. I actually have 3 I have to test still. This thrift store charges $50 for them, which is still great profit, but no clue if they work with no returns. It's tough to buy 4 total without knowing if any work. Hopefully the 3 I have do work and I'll start grabbing more once I know how to test them fully
There was a Bose Wave Radio in the electronics. Should have at least checked the price. Don't think you even noticed it; your mind is preoccupied with toys and games.
You're right I glanced over it. I actually have 3 of them in my garage I need to test and list. This thrift store charges $50+ for them, so I wouldn't have bought it anyways until I make sure the other 3 I bought are working good. Good catch though!
Yeah, I'm cheap af lol. Not really complaining though, just mentioning how they are higher than normal. This store fluctuates all the time. I just went the other day and all the prices were less than half of what you see in this video, so when they are randomly higher for a couple of days it catches me off guard. It would be like going to buy bread and 99% of the time it's $3 a loaf and then randomly for a couple of days it's $6. I don't understand why they have such a large fluctuation in pricing.
@@ThriftSchool Most of us understood that you weren't complaining (nor are you cheap. Lowest prices are all part of the game). Besides, anyone would want the most bang for your buck. It shows your experience and understanding of value. Those little valuable metal British figures you found proves that you are the true THRIFTMASTER. Amazing eye for a good catch.
The Goodwills in my area are not like this at all... very little merch. Prices way to high for the stuff they do sell.😮😮😮
Isn't a goodwill though
Yes ,I live in hell also
Most of my goodwills are terrible also to be honest
@@ThriftSchool sorry to hear that

There was a Bose wave radio in the electronics...with the remote it would've been a nice double up!
One thing I have found with going daily is my trips are much faster as I can pick out just the new items to look up
Man you missed the 4 box sets unopened the oc seasons 1-4 three unopened box sets of the waltons box set cost $129.99 at walmart and $159.99 and sunrise records
I was thinking of doing this. Like at 12PM eveyrday. Let's see how your experiment went.
Fingers crossed! I think you should! It's fun
I would not pick up that Dora stuff… it was all recalled because of lead paint used. Look it up
Thanks for the info. Good thing it was only $2.50 not a huge loss if I can't sell them.
Didn't know that. Why would a thrift store sell that kind of stuff, even when they have no returns
@@ThriftSchool yeah my kids had the house and all the figures and we passed on but told the family members to toss it out
@@jaidentslgl2753thrift store not looking at recalls for used items
you left that bose wave radio with the cd player behind, thats like a $150-$200 piece and they sell instantly

True sometimes I turn off sold and have only completed on to see what did not actually sell but was bought or ended.
3:06 those are McDonald’s toys from this year. Definitely not worth anything.
Does your local RWB Thrift now have longer hours and open on Sunday?
The shirt you found that said Some gave all is a Toby Keith Song and he passed away about 1-2 months ago. That could be a great sell. Not sure though.
Do you send the games I with all the tape on them? If not how do you get it off with out messing box up?
Never. I slowly peel the tape off. 99% of the time it comes off without hurting the box. Scotty Peelers help alot! Goo Gone too.
I wish there were stores like this in the UK. We have charity shops but nothing really on this kind of scale.
Been years since I found that many good items in just 1 stop, you live in a great area!
Ugh those Galaxy prices 😢
When is the best time to shop at a thrift store?
So glad you’re coming on more often. Lemanica - San Francisco 🎉😊
Thank you!!! I dropped off your whatnot order on Saturday! Hope it gets to you quick!
$6 is good for an HD tee.The best ones have a tag( vintage). Newer ones have the label printed on the fabric.
Nice challenge. I hope you find some real finds 😁
I hope so too! Thanks!
Awesome grab with the Dora !! Wow and the metal figures 👍👍👍
The Doras are so fun. I hope they do well
Where's my Gucciwill ? Lol
Not this week
Those mini metal figures... who would've known! Awesome score!
I had no clue lol
@@ThriftSchool I had them as a kid, so knew they were at least 30 years old (the date will be the mold not necessarily the figure release, much like hot wheels).
Those mini metal figures are like 3 to 5 bucks each. It stacks up when you have a couple of them! :D
Good eye bro

Im new to this. What is the fastest, most efficient way to scan or look up the price of items?
Amazon seller app is easily the fastest.
@ThriftSchool much appreciated
