I wouldn’t be comfortable using EPS instead of XPS in the floor because it lets water through. Also, it hasn’t got a good compression strength like XPS and will start to deform with weight. I suggest that for your future builds, you should use the thin XPS insulation sheets. Yes, they cost a bit more but far better. Just my input and observation.
I'd have probably plugged in that hole in the plywood near the door, I think that could end up putting a hole in the Altro flooring over time...certainly not for a woman to walk on with High heals 😆 Anyway, just me being fussy, good job, it will most likely do the job just fine 👍
