It works, but completion time depends on individual cases. Normally, it would not take more than half of year (1 aligner set every week). Although mine is not original Invisalign brand, but local one (Indonesia). Costs much less and much more comfortable than braces. The downside is that it can't cover extreme cases

How long does it take?
I've had mine for a year or so and in September I have my last appointment. However, I've heard that some people have them for a couple of months only lol. It depends on how many sets of aligners you need to straighten your teeth.

This aligners are permanent or have to change according to teeth movement?
They will give you 17-18 sets if you have bimaxillary protrusion or have messed up teeth you will have to change them after every 15 days and no it's not permanent (actually braces don't fix teeth permanently too). Teeth will gradually move but to prevent that all you have to do is after your teeth are perfectly aligned and stuff you can wear them every night while sleeping and take it off in the morning

These are a series of differently shaped retainers. You get to wear them frequently for the rest of your life :)

These erode enamel and gums and your bite surface will not lock. Use regular braces.
Traditional metal braces are more practical as well, you haven't got to take them in and out to eat or drink. They are working on your teeth 24 7 👍
But all of my dentist told me that I need to extract 4 pre molars as there is teeth crowding. Idk what to do

I've been using them for a while, haven't noticed any of those changes so far and I switch to a new set every week, furthermore they also work faster.
@@randomarchive1671 it depends on how crowded your teeth are. I had 8 teeth removed and needed fixed braces with different wires and springs to close massive gaps and rotate teeth. I wanted traditional braces as well, so I don't have to worry about them, they are fixed on my teeth.

I have Invisalign and this is not how it works 😂 they put attachments on your teeth to push them in different directions. You usually wear one tray/set for 1-2 weeks, then change into your next one.
In case it's naturally misaligned
You can stop brush and use finger

As someone whose teeth were horribly out of line and had to get braces. It was the most painful experience of my life having them moved. I wish i could have done invisiline, but my teeth were so bad i couldnt. BRACES SUCKED! not even cause of looks i had days where i had to miss school it hurt so bad.
Invisilign hurts so much more than braces. Also was much more inconvenient
Invisalign also hurts, it's doing the same thing to your teeth just in a different way. I guess the bright side is you can remove the Invisalign but in doing so you slow down your treatment process

Mine hurts during week 20-25. Every time I changed tray during this period, it was hurting and it was giving me a headache. But the rest of the time it wasn't hurting at all.

They forgot to add that they will stick loads of white buttons to your teeth that look really ugly as they protrude out and interfere with your bite, and make it extra hard to remove and insert your trays each time :-/

What's the difference between Invisaligns and Braces and when to use which
The only difference is that Invisalign is more discreet and not as noticeable as braces (hence the name) And I believe they cost more as well.
